Bicycle tourist here. Your bike can probably go in the BBQ garden downstairs facing away from the street, but you probably have to show them. They originally wanted to put my bike on the side, but I folded it up and put it into a closet.

Extremely hot spring shower water, WiFi is good, decent breakfast, and very nice staff. Beautiful balcony view of the town.

I really enjoyed my stay. Mostly quiet and away from a busy street. I would stay here again.

They have spa and jacuzzi. They also advertise messages. I think it’s all operational. They can also call you a taxi to the lift

Clean and warm. Visited in January 2022 for 3 days. Jacuzzi and sauna in spa area were nice. Breakfast was nice. Overall, nothing fancy, but the price is great and the fact that it's small suited us just fine.

Don't even wonder this is the right choice! These people have kept the family energy! Their goal isn't money, but it's happy guests. They aren't looking for clients, they are looking for guests! Bulgarian welcoming spirit :) the SPA place is great and the staff really cares about you. The food is amazing and there is astonishing view with the river, which washes out all bad energies. :) thank you

Very nice hotel. We’ve had the pleasure to stay in the family room on the second floor with a huge terrace viewing the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the room very spacious. All we needed and very quiet. The hotel has also a Spa but didn’t try it but it’s also nice.
I recommend to stop there if you’re in Sapareva.

Everything is neat and tidy, styled beautifully.
The place is a family business and the hosts are very kind and welcoming.
The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, as well as the spa area downstairs.

Friendly staff, nice spot, it is halfway to Rilski Monastery and to 7 Lakes. The room was large and very clean and they have such tasty breakfasts!

Looking for peace, comfort, good food and in the vicinity of places of interest. You drive away from the main road through Separeva Banja (banja ==> bath ==> spa) and ends up at Sveti Nikola Family Hotel (Хотел Свети Никола). You will be pleasantly welcomed, no hassle, no show, natural and warm. The room, nothing too much, but certainly nothing too little. Notice the towels at the foot end of the bed. A detail, but shows that you are worth to pay attention to details. And then the food. Maybe not five stars, but a Fleming, a Bougondian, can eat the delicacies of his thumbs and fingers (whatever else you eat, ask for their special bread, a dessert in itself). So, if you prefer Sunny Beach, definitely go there, Then it stays ok here for the gourmets, and not just for the food

The woman that received us did not know english but she was so nice and helpful that we managed the communication difficulties. The rooms are big and very convinient and also very clean. We had a great time!
