I work in this area and it’s definitely the place to go for a lunch. Small menu, but it changes daily. The food is super tasty, so far I was not disappointed.

Edit: reduced to 4 stars, because smoking is allowed inside.

Good food, acceptable prices despite being above the area's average, nice environment, limited service.

Update: it's now quite expensive, above any fair reference. For instance, 16lv for a frustrating small pasta serve, (3rd pic below) it's a no-go.
