New location, same great staff! I've been in a few times with some plumbing needs (no Gerald, that's not a euphemism) and each time I was helped very quickly. Excellent customer service!!

We love our experiences here and at the building centre! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is always someone handy to answer questions and find what we need.
We don't seem to find that kind of service at other hardware stores.

Ordered item (online-only) and picked up in store 6 days later. Young member helped me find the other supplies I needed and was very helpful. Big new store with lots of room in the aisles.

Outstanding service!!!! I went in one morning a couple weeks ago, think it was a Wednesday, looking for something to cover a water spot on ceiling tile. The ladys(wish I knew her name)recommendation worked amazing, covered it up perfectly. Then when I was paying I mentioned a cleaner I used years ago but was unable to find anymore, in case I had overlooked it, well they didn't have that but she told me of its equal and it works exactly like the product I used to use!! Very impressed with your service, hard to come by. Thank you!

I love this location! Everyone is friendly; parking is easy. They have a propane tank exchange and freezers filled with M&M Meats products.

Thanks for your thoroughness in regards to wearing masks. I have cancer and an immune illness and appreciate that I can feel safe in your store and people wear masks. Otherwise I would not be able to shop here anymore ! Happy Holidays !

We have been shopping at this store for 3 decades and have always been treated well and politely by all staff. Have what we need most of the time and if not will order what we need. Great service always.

The new location is bright and so much larger than the previous one. Same great staff and more selection. Parking lot is huge compared with original.
