What great customer service! A couple of weeks ago, I was travelling to Vancouver when my engine light and other warning lights came on several kilometers from the nearest community. I pulled into BigO Tires and they were clearly busy with other customers but after a very short wait, a technician came out to my car, checked the codes; took the time to ensure everything was ok, explained the findings and then completely surprised me with "no charge". This situation could have been so different! Restored my faith that trustworthy and honest mechanics are out there. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful customer service. If I ever have car problems again, I hope I am in Aggasiz!

Absolutely fantastic! I came to these guys late in the day, on a tow truck with a flat tire.
They found a backup tire in case my couldn’t be fixed, however that didn’t matter because they were able to fix my tire.
Lifesavers who helped me out in a bind and cost me less than I expected.

The customer service here is top tier. Amazing staff very helpful. I had metal plate under my car fall off and the same day they actually fixed and removed it for free because they just wanted to make sure their customers are safe. They also let me know long it would be and if I should wait around or go home in the first 3 minutes of looking at my car. Literally the best place to go highly recommend! They also have the cutest shop dog you might run into!

After traveling over 4000 kms, we had concerns about the rear differential on our truck. Without an appointment, and on the Tuesday after a long weekend, we were fitted into the extremely busy schedule. Thankfully, no problems. And no charge for the inspection. This company rocks! Take all your business to them!

My mother is in her mid 80's and still drives.
She had a tire issue and Big O got her in right away..

I am constantly amazed at the service and quality of the work at Big O. I have a few vehicles, mostly older 2 seaters with unique needs, mid engine or such. They have never hesitated taking on a project and performing excellently. My latest was replacement of engine mounts in an 87 Fiero. Not an easy task at best, but done well, on time and at a cost I can live with. Deb and the team are great

Brett and Deb were excellent. I didn’t have a lot of time to have my vehicle looked at and they managed to squeeze me in so conveniently. A great, positive experience with very nice, honest people.

What a breath of fresh air to have someone in Agassiz so friendly to deal with. I just dropped in to have my tires swapped (winter to summer). I have no extra rims so they had to do a mount/remount and balance. The price was great and I was given the same courtesy as anyone who was buying four brand new tires. Nice people!

Highly recommend! Had to head to MB unexpectedly at the end of March; hit Agassiz & was worried about chancing the Coquihalla without snow tires so whipped in here. Not only did they find 4 snows in a hurry, they also helped with storage arrangements for the summer tires until I get back.

You won’t find service of this quality anywhere else!!

Probably the best auto-shop in the area. They always go above and beyond with a fair price. Brought the car in cause it was making some weird noise. The oil filter had been jammed on ( cause of a trash oil place in the city). They broke it off fixed with no hassle. Will always go back

Great people to deal with from the counter to the techs. I'll take my mustang back everytime. i received better service and workmanship than i have received from performance shops. Agassiz, who would have thought!

Friendly staff, organized and working as a team. Good service. I'll return for sure! Reasonable price for tire change. This is a full service garage with towing available as well.
