Jack's Cycle

As we were in search of a new e-bike we went to Jack's cycle, best decision we made. They let us test-ride different models and explained their pros and cons. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this store!

The guys at Jack's Cycles are amazing, I brought a cruiser bike and it needed some serious attention!

After taking the bike to a number of other places that could only help me by appointment in 6 weeks time and asking for a deposit to hold the booking.

The guys at Jacks took my bike in on Saturday and while closed on Sunday and Monday was ready for pickup on Wednesday! I received an almost new bike back from them and super amazed what they could do in a short time and at a price lower than expected!!!

I went in to repair 2 tires for my granddaughters bike. It was a pretty small purchase in a place with bikes worth multiple thousands. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made me feel valued even on such a small purchase. Great customer service!

Jason at Jack’s Cycle took care of my bicycle repair needs for over a year in Chilliwack. The service was always friendly, super quick, honest, reliable and fair. It was even generous. I ride daily so my bike repair needs were frequent and many - Jacks always helped me get back on my cycling plans with minimal interruption. As a female cyclist, I’ve noticed some shops may not treat you equally as a customer - this is not the case at Jacks. I highly recommend this shop!

I've been to Jack's cycle before for bike accessories and have always LOVED the products and the customer service. I had my bike stolen so I needed to replace it.... After having a bad bike experience at a different store and having to return it, I headed to Jack's. Well, that's was the best thing I could've done because I ended up with an even better bike for the same price as the bad bike I had returned earlier.

My bike was so awesome that I returned the next day with my mom to buy her the same bike in a different colour! Couldn't be more pleased!!! Its cute, it's comfortable, it has 7 different speeds.. Ah I am in bike heaven. I am so mad at myself that I didn't originally go to Jacks!! The customer service is 1000x better than all the other stores in town that sell bikes. Go straight to Jack's, don't waste your time anywhere else!! :)

Stopped by with a flat tire....asked if they could change it for me and said sure no problem. Did a super job and found a thorn. Fixed it all up and good to go. Super helpful and good.

WOW. Absolutely the best bike shop I have ever been too. I had recently gotten back into biking because of work, and made a small hobby out of it. I enjoy the trial and error as I go along, but some things I just can't do with tools and trial and error. I brought my bike into Jacks Cycle to get my left brake repaired, and a new kickstand. When I entered jacks cycle, I was greeted by very friendly staff, and they helped me right away. The brake issue turned out to just be that it was unhooked, and they rehooked it free of charge. I also now have a very nice kickstand installed and all for only 35$. In the upcoming days, I realized that in order for me to put full size grips on my bike, I would have to get a longer handle bar, and so I chose a 31.8 700mm handle bar offline. When It arrived, I realized that my clamp was actually part of the pole that rises towards my bar. Unframilliar with this type of clamp, I brought it back in. They explained to me that I have a "quill", and that it was built before the size of bar I had purchased was common. They did this all for free, and then later helped me find the right size bar I need in 680mm. Later on when i was installing it, i had trouble, and they helped me over the phone with no issue. I can't stress enough how much of a help they are, and for my questions or easy fixes they helped me free of charge. Though I wouldn't complain if they did, as it was a huge help. :)

Small business love 💖 My stroller tire was broken. I called Jack's cycle when they opened at 9:30 am. I was told to bring it straight down. The guy working came out to the car and got the stroller, took it in and was brought it back within 5 minutes. He didn't even charge me. I am so appreciative especially in times like these when the stroller is part of our sanity breaks for the day 😊 Please support them for all your biking and other needs

Staff know everything about bikes and are super patient and kind!
The store is well organized, with a great choice of bikes and accessories!
Prices are reasonable too.
Bike repairs usually take 48-72hrs on business days.

At Sarah White. Had to drive all across Chilliwack? For chrissake, that takes 10 minutes. If you worked anywhere, when your shift is over, would you continue on working without remuneration. I doubt it. The Website should have been up to date but we all make errors at work and everywhere. I have dealt with Len and his staff at Jack'ss Cycle since I moved here in 1989. Have bought all my bikes except for one, at Jack's. That is several bikes for kids and three higher end bikes for myself. Top notch service and attitude from everyone I dealt with there without fail. Will stay with them until and if I ever leave this city. Many merchants could learn greatly about customer service from Len and his staff.

Went there to get my daughters bike fixed because it had a bunch of problems. I don’t feel up sold or taken advantage of. They seemed very honest about the bikes issues.

Amazing service! Product knowledge is excellent, and when they repair your bike (s) they fix what is really needed, not the entire bike. What a great bike shop.
