These guys know their bikes. Always great and personal service. Spencer, Rob, Stefan, Grant and the rest of the crew are all in it because they love the sport. They are the best bike shop I've experienced throughout the Country, and the best bike shop in town.

Love VMBco. The staff is amazing, so kind, detailed, and knowledgeable. They are the only ones we go to when our MTBs need work (and our bikes have needed work after some hard crashes!) These guys are awesome, so good to us, even on a bad biking day, it's always a good feeling walking in and feeling confident with solutions when we walk out. Highly recommend 👌

Came here after being extremely disappointed at the other place just up the street....

The staff at this location were were fantastic. Took the time to explain some bike components to me and basically told me not to invest the money on parts for the bike my son had, as there was just too much wrong with it, (plus it was pretty out dated). I really appreciated the honesty. I highly recommend this place over Jacks!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I managed to drag my bike there last summer after my first flat tire and they fixed it up in a second and I was able to make it safely back home. I have gone in a few times since then just for simple newbie questions and they go above and beyond always!

This will be my go to bike shop for as long as I can cycle.

Everyone here is incredibly nice and knowledgeable! And fun to talk to. Highly recommend! Shout out to Stefan in particular who really went above and beyond to help get my bike ready to race.

Love this place. Only bike shop around that rents bikes. Did the flat trail next to the river near the shop. Amazing bike ride.

Called them to see if they had any bike moving bags, because it was winter they didn’t have any for purchase but offered me two perfect cardboard boxes with all the little protective bits! Things fit perfectly and the bike is on route to its new home in Australia !

P.s they have hefty professional bike cases for rent of up to 8 weeks.

Very helpful staff. Eager to help out with bike problems and helped us on the spot. The price of the stuff we ended up buying was reasonable and they helped us install it free of charge.

Excellent service. Calm, patient, and thorough. Listened well to our needs and answered questions perfectly. No judging machismo nonsense and no upselling. Got the bike set up and ready go with the better seat and handle bar extension I wanted. I would definitely go back to buy another bike.

This is the best bike shop in town. They've got high end performance bikes, as well as more affordable options for those needing something lighter duty. Always honest with their service, and give advice that they would take themselves. They have even talked me out of spending money on upgrades I didn't need. Take any negative reviews with a grain of salt because these guys deserve nothing but 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone 100%.

Vedder Mountain Bike Co. is a great place to go for your biking needs. I just bought my first new bike in quite a while and the very knowledgeable and friendly staff brought me up to speed with the new advancements in mountain bikes. Before I left with the bike they made sure I understood basic care and adjustments of the components.

Stopped in here during COVID-19 after a short essential trip to Vancouver from the interior. Was first impressed by their diligence and professionalism in managing safety and physical distancing! Tested out a few Kona's, were very happy with the service and knowledge of the salesperson and felt we made a good purchase. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Nice shop too, quality stuff at a reasonable price.

These guys know bikes! Very cool shop, great service, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've bought a few bikes off these guys and I'd recommend them to anyone. They are always there to help and support their customers, I've broken a few of my frames, and I had a hub that failed from the manufacturer and they helped get me sorted out with my warranty. My bike always comes back from a repair running like it was new. I can't say enough good things about this shop.

I’ve taken my bike in several time here, usually for seasonal fix up and servicing, it is a little pricey but I do believe it’s about the same most places, the biggest difference is you know it’s going to get done right the first time. They also will call you if they find other problems along the way, they suggest the best way to fix it and give you options depending on how much your willing to spend. I’ve got a second hand hard tail, it’s not the greatest but it has been made way better by the recommended parts and servicing done by Vedder. I highly recommend this shop, all the employee’s I’ve dealt with have been so knowledgeable and eager to help. These guys love and enjoy there job and that means the best customer service, they wanna share their passion with you. Support Local Shop Local.

Vedder Mountain Bike co saved the day! Came in with a flat tire on a Saturday and they were able to repair it right away even though they seemed quite busy. On top of that Rob let me watch and learn how to replace my tube so that I know how to do it when it inevitably happens again.

5 star service, would highly recommend giving them a shot.
