Remer construction was great! Working with them was so beyond easy. The communication was great. Everything was no nonsense and we appreciated that after several long-winded quote “appointments”. There were some scheduling hiccups along the way that were no fault of anyone’s and the whole Remer crew worked to make everything easy for us and we wouldn’t have known any better! The weather was gross and nasty and they still came out to make sure our roof was done before the real snow came. We are so grateful! Everything looks great, they were fast and thorough, and the pricing was something we “first time roof buyers” felt good about! I will be recommending Remer Construction to anyone who will listen! Thank you, guys!

3/14/2020:

I had a water leak in a very odd spot between my porch and my brick wall. Bob came over and said he'd have to remove some siding and the flashing to see what was happening. As it turns out, the original builder failed to install anything between the plywood wall and the siding. No weather paper was installed and no ice guard or water blocker. Bob's team carefully extracted the siding and flashing, down to the wooden side of the house. Installed ice guard AND weather paper, and reinstalled the siding and flashing. It looks like they were never here.

His team policed their trash cleaned up the site better than how they found it when they arrived. They we very polite. I wish I could have gone out to talk with them. But this COVID-19 stuff, if I do have it, I didn't want to spread it.

Thank you Remer Construction for you quick work. Well worth the reasonable fee, for all the folks and equipment and quick response timing. Thank you all.

Update: 2/28/2023

A new item I had water coming in my window seam at the top of the picture window on the second story of my house. Bob sent over Chad and a coworker and they found that the caulking has opened up, with the driving rain it was penetrated the weather seal and leaked into my home. They quickly patched the holes in the caulking and we here and done in under an hour.

Bob squeezed are roof replacement in as quick as he was able to, we had an active leak inside the house and after the entire roof was replaced he had his team came in and replaced the entire ceiling in our family room. Bob and his team went above and beyond to get the roof replaced, ceiling completely redone, painted, trimmed and the carpet cleaned in a timely matter. We gave his whole team full access to the house when they needed it, even going as far as leaving the house completely unlocked for them while we were at work. We didn't think twice about his team coming in and out to complete the entire job from beginning to end.

They completed the project on schedule and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project as well as keeping the site fairly clean throughout the project. Bob and his team did a great job with removing the old roof and installing a brand one. There was great communication during the whole process and the roof looks great! They also had to replace a very old skylight and that looks great as well.

We had a few estimates for our new roof, however when Bob came to do our estimate we knew almost instantly he was the man for the job. Remer was on time and efficient getting the roof torn off and installed even dealing with the elements. The crew was awesome, courteous and did a fantastic job. Found a new company for any installation services going forward and Bob did a great job communicating and following up after the job was done.

Our whole experience from communication to roof installation was great. We dealt with nico and Bob and they were beyond helpful in our whole situation. The roofing crew was just as good. They were very careful with my surrounding plants and flowers and did a wonderful job on our roof.

Excellent company from the top down. I called 3 roofing companies for an initial estimate. One didn't show up, the other gave me a quote $7400 more than Remer did using the same Owen's corning system that was installed on my house. The crew addressed all of my questions and concerns. They were prompt, clean, and did excellent work despite high heat and rain/wind that came during install. They protected my home from the rain and even helped me fix an issue on my roof that wasn't associated with their work for free, even though it took their foreman an extra hour to complete. I waited till it rained again to write this review just to verify there were no leaks. Everything went better than expected and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof and doesn't want to get ripped off by another company.

Bob and his team at Remer Construction have now done two jobs for us. A full roof replacement on the house and garage and a full gutter and downspout install to solve a drainage problem we were having. Both jobs ran smoothly from the beginning. Good and quick communication for the initial review and estimate, quick turn around time, a professional job well done and cleaned up, and prompt paperwork and easy invoicing. Highly recommend!

They came out right away and sent an estimate within a day very easy to communicate with! Very professional! I love the fact they were not “pushy sales people” they didn’t try to upsell me either! The warranty is amazing, the workers are amazing! Very friendly! Definitely worth it!

Remer Construction did a great job replacing our roof and skylights. We had an active roof leak and wanted the roof replaced asap. Bob and his crew were able get this during cold weather in January. I worried they were risking life and limb by climbing roof in slippery conditions. They got it done working the weekend. Clean up was very thorough and we are very happy with the quality of their work and reasonable price.

Remer Construction is an honest company. I had a roof replacement done at my home, they came out quick, turnaround was quick and Robert, Neco & his crew were great. They were very professional and helpful beyond my roof repair & I would definitely recommend them!

Very professional, quick and clean. We had roof damage due to wind, they made the process very easy. He helped out with the claim process and they only use the Owen's Corning roof system. Other companies wanted to sell us on a teir system where you pay more for the Owen's Corning. Plus he was still the best price. If you need a roof or anything else call Remer Construction you won't be disappointed.

Remer construction was amazing! We did a full roof installation and remer came in at the best price and surely did not disappoint. All of the workers were friendly, got the job done within one day and cleaned the entire yard not leaving any debris on the ground. I would highly recommend remer construction for any roofing needs. We will definitely be calling them back out for any additional things we want to do to our house.
