Frangipani Boutique

A great little clothing shop with lots of unique sweaters and pants blouses. My friends really enjoyed what they had to offer I would recommend them if you're looking for something different than the average clothing store. The staff was extremely friendly and the prices were reasonable

Three friends and I do what we refer to as two annual pilgrimages to Almonte from Ottawa, and it always includes a stop at Frangipani Boutique. We always find at least one (but usually several) outfit to buy and none of us leaves the store empty handed. Our last visit 10 days ago lasted 1.5 hours as we tried on a variety of outfits. The service was excellent and all the staff were pleasant, patient, and helpful. Already looking forward to our fall pilgrimage!

Recently I gladly took on the task of searching for an outfit for my sister to wear to an outdoor wedding. The sales ladies in this store went out of their way to help me by trying on different dresses so that I could take photos and send them to her to see if she liked what we had chosen.
I have purchased lovely clothes here for myself in the past as well, and I highly recommend this boutique to anyone. The service here is top notch.

Nestled in the heart of old-town Almonte, I am always excited to shop at this wonderful boutique! Their lines are exciting with a wide variety of styles and colours to suit everyone! I have never left this store disappointed. The staff is bar-none, the most informed and helpful in the retail business, up-beat, polite, extremely helpful and style conscious. I have had the experience of visiting many ladies boutiques in Ottawa and area over the years and would, without hesitation, recommend this one as one of the very best locations♥

Such a great shop! everyone is always so friendly and helpful when I go in and they have a nice variety of pieces. Last time I was in I found some comfy items AND a cute outfit for work!

I just wanted to say how patient and helpful everyone in the store was as I tried on endless pairs of grey pants and moaned about how hard shopping is. I will certainly return

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was actually taken to task for deigning to touch items for sale in the store. (And I quote "no don't touch that, are you going to buy that?" - while holding a stuffed gnome).
What a horrible experience, definitely don't recommend, and definitely won't be back. Too bad this store is such a rotten egg. The rest of Almonte is so lovely. (Based on the photos in Google reviews my interaction was with the owner of all people 🤯). Ruined my whole trip to Almonte.

My friend was visiting me in Ottawa this week and I decided to take her to Almonte ! Such a pretty town! We both saw this shop so We dropped in!! The manager or Owner , Blonde woman, confronted us abruptly at the door by letting us know they were closing at 4:30, at that time it was 4:05. So we rushed and she picked up 6 items (by their rules)without her offering any help or assistance to us!! This manager was rushing around the store being busy !! No other customers inside!! Without her help this manager kept asking if my friend could return items she didn’t need from the fitting room !’ She kept harassing her !! Until I finally let her have it!! I finally told her (the manager ) how rude she had been from the moment we walked in, ! Didn’t greet us, in a welcome manner, didn’t offer us any assistance at any time except harassing my friend ! That she was in the wrong business !! That she needed proper training on how to run a boutique and deal with customers!! This manager lost it, she started yelling by insulting us and kicked us out of the store!! My friend quickly got dressed left the 3 items she wanted to purchase on the bench and we left !! There was another employee there a dark haired lady who apologized to us as we walked out!!
