Estuvimos en el hoteles ensueños que queda en viña del mar cerca de valparaiso... y terrrrrible de sucio las sabanas totalmente asquerosas llenas de todooooo a parte pedimos otra hbitacion y fue lo mismo .... le sugerimos al administrador ... que coloque a un supervisor .. de aseo ... tuvimos que solicitar que nos llevaran sabanas limpias ..... para poder amanecer alli ... por lo lejos q estabamos de santiago...

A cabo de llamar y atienden super mal, pregunté se tenían jacuzzi y me respondieron "No porque no es hotel" y me cortaron. No me dejo preguntar por ninguna habitación, muy mala experiencia.
