Great store with a wide range of clothes and equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was served by a young lady who was assisting me throughout the whole time without being pushy. I ended up with a new trekking jacket and gloves which were exactly what I was looking for.

Very good selection of brands, even some not easily found elsewhere in Chile (like Fjallraven). Prices are high, but don't seem exorbitant.

Imperdible tienda Outdoor, siempre que voy x Puerto Natales la visito. Muy buena atención. Excelente ropa de calidad al igual que zapatos y zapatillas.

La atención es genial, las niñas muy atentas, buena disposición, amabilidad, simpáticas, si te quieres probar 10 chaquetas ellas no se hacen problema, siempre simpáticas y atentas todo el rato. Hacen de tu compra un tour por toda la tienda, te muestran toda la nueva temporada y los productos con descuentos, hacen de tu visita una experiencia única y agradable. 1000%recomendable.

El local mas lindo de indumentaria para montañismo y trekking que hay en Puerto Natales. Buenos precios y gran variedad y calidad. La atención es muy buena, aunque falta un poco de capacitación o experiencia en los vendendores
