This vacation rental is by no means five-star accommodation. It’s rustic, simple and clean. The owner will go out of his way to make you comfortable. The house has two units, and we stayed in the top unit. The property has a pool that everyone shares including the owner and his family. The howling monkeys start their ritual of howling at around five AM (5 AM). At around five thirty (5:30 AM), the rest of the birds and other wildlife Join the chant. The house, situated about seven (7) miles for Samara on a dirt road. You have miles of beaches to choose from, but you will need a car to get around. Costa Rica is all about nature and wildlife. Every insect I know seems to five (5) times larger. The thing you need to remember is that you are not on a Florida vacation. It was a great experience.

Nous y sommes restés 3 mois... Extrêmement bruyant.. L appartement à été opérationnel 3 semaines après notre arrivée. Pas de clim, écoulement de la cuisine bouché, fan qui ne marchait pas.. Pas de gaz le jour de notre arrivée... Très mauvais wifi avec coupure journalière. Nous avions l appartement sous le solarium de la piscine, très sombre avec très peu d ouverture. Tout cela pour 1300 euros lorsque l on compte tout par mois... Je ne recommande absolument pas, aucune insonorisation. Une horreur.
