Rainbow Place Costa Rica, Holistic Center / Centro Holístico

Rainbow Place is a special place, run by a special person: Raquel. It is set on a tranquil piece of land with panoramic views of Lake Arenal. I took part in a Wednesday evening yoga class and the energy of the space was exactly what I needed. It became clear to me from meeting the rest of the beautiful souls who attend regularly the yoga classes that I had stumbled upon something unique and wonderful. Highly recommend.

The name Rainbow Place reflects the feeling of being somewhere that is tranquil. The room where we practice yoga has large panoramic windows over looking the volcano and lake Arenal. Tucked inside the forest, you are surrounded by different trees and singing birds. The nice thing about it is you feel as if you are outside, one with nature, forest bathing, without the pesky bugs bothering you! The room is small allowing six to pratice, so it makes for a great intimate setting with more personalized instruction from Raquel, who is an excellent yoga instructor. My husband and I look forward to returning to Rainbow Place every week for an hour of stretching, reflecting and a few minutes of zen and meditation

I love the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful flow of Raquel’s classes and the sound healing at the end of every class is the most beautiful gift of all! Thank you Raquel for creating this space for all of us to come together in our yoga practice.

I was fortunate to get the opportunity to visit Rainbow Place in Costa Rica. It was an experience I will never forget. Rachael is the owner and operator of Rainbow Place with 15 years of experience in yoga and natural therapies.
You will always have Rachael's loving and undivided attention as I did.

The Studio sets back off the main highway a couple hundred meters in a lush tropical garden. The minute I arrived at Rainbow Place I felt peace, serenity and solidarity with nature which is projected and designed by Rachael's personality.

The Studio is very clean and laid out perfectly for guest who choose to stay overnight in their own apartment.

To me, this is a simple special place for special people looking to experience Costa Rica as it should experienced in the heart of Nature.

Tuve la suerte de poder estar en el apartamento y compartir 15 dias maravillosos de entrenamiento de yoga y detox. El apartamento es fabuloso, tiene unas vistas impresionantes y se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. Raquel fue una anfitriona maravillosa, ella me hizo sentirme como en casa, siempre atenta y pendiente. Organizó mis vacaciones, yo solo tuve que disfrutarlas. Además Raquel es muy buena cocinera me hizo unas ensaladas y batidos únicos. Ha sido una experiencia increible, sin duda repetiré. Muchas gracias por todo.

Tiene una vista espectacular del Lago Arenal y el volcán.
Un apartamento acogedor y hermoso.
Pude quedarme varios días sólo para relajarme y sentirme en un ambiente de paz.
