Not just rude, but downright MEAN. Yes, I was 15 minutes late because Google maps is wrong. Yes, I speak broken Spanish, but you didn’t even try to talk slower. Yes, I asked about the aggressive buffing machine - but did I deserve that treatment? I had to fight back tears. Pamela wouldn’t speak to me, Pamela didn’t give me an actual manicure - no filing, shaping, massage. And Pamela purposefully made my nails look nothing like the photo. Just say you don’t want to work with foreigners. And say you can’t do the requested nail art. You should be in a different business if you don’t want to interact with people. I hope you can heal the anger inside you, it must be very hard to walk around with that all the time. Foreigners, beware.
