I once more need to update my appreciation for this outstanding company and their great after-sales service.

We had a small complaint with one of the barstools and have received an outstanding after-sales support, leaving no wishes open for us.

The complaint was undisputed and thus generously accepted and we got a new bar stool in exchange.

It's great to know that once you've made your purchase, you won't be left out in the rain if you have problems, but that you'll get the support you need to solve the problem in a customer-friendly manner.
