a 1 to 2 hour wait to talk with a banker at this bank is the norm. the emplyees are fine, it is the equipment they use and the understaffing which is the problem. wait times for a teller are considerablt shorter 15 minutes to one hour.

Espere, espere, ahorras

I tried to withdraw 200 000 colones, the transaction was refused and I didnt get any money. 2 days later, I check my banking details online and see that 200 000 colones were actually taken off my accounts. I see many other people had the same problem. This is pure thievery!

Scammers, they have rejected a withdrawal and then after several days, they have issued a delayed transaction and charged me 200k crc, the exact amount of the rejected withdrawal. Thieves. I have raised concern with my bank. You can see there are other people in the same situation! Thieves and scammers

Changing my review. Silvia now is not nice. She feels powerful as the only person that can help gringos that don't speak Spanish well. Take your business to a different bank. She is not interested in your business and she'll make it impossible for to do any financial business with all the ridiculous "new rules" and hoops to jump through.

The ATM wrote off the money but never gave me cash.

Atm ate my money - charged me but no money came out, having to file a dispute with my American bank now.

Horrendous Service!! Horrible waiting times

10 Versuche mit Visa am Geldautomat, ohne Erfolg. Konto mehr als gedeckt, es gibt keine Meldung warum es keine Auszahlung gibt. Das war nicht die einzige Bank bei der es Probleme gab - Costa Rica ist in dieser Hinsicht eine Bananenrepublik.

VORSICHT am ATM in Samara: Statt 100.000 colones zahlte der Automat nur 90.000 aus. Mir wurde aber die volle Summe von 168,-€ berechnet.

Hay que esperar horas, siempre, para la fila para entrar. Pocas ventanillas abiertas. El cajero muchas veces no funciona. Lo pejor, pregunté si piensan tomar medidas al respecto y me contestaron de poner la sugerencia. Mi sugerencia es buscar otras opciones... Y que dicen "mas cerca de usted".......

Horrible la espera en este banco, sigue siendo lo mismo desde hace más de 10 años, el pueblo crece y el servicio sigue igual de lento. Gente esperando horas y los empleados tomandose su hora de almuerzo tan tranquilos!

No responden al teléfono aunque si llamé como 10 veces

Como se puede poner una persona sola en plataforma a brindar atención a todo un pueblo? 3 horas de espera y todavía aún no la logré. Vergüenza!

La falta de personal hace que hablar con un representante del banco sea una odisea. Parece que el banco hace todo lo posible por hacer que sus clientes no vuelvan a esta sucursal.
