We decided to trade in our Jimny GL for the new 5 door model. So we messaged Cindy Zuñiga who sold us our first car. The process was easy, and we were able to handle most of the details through WhatsApp prior to the purchase. In Costa Rica, where everything takes time and comes with a process, Cindy was able to streamline the appraisal, trade in, and delivery so we only had to make a single trip to San Jose to trade in and pick up the new vehicle. She even recommended an aftermarket accessory dealer and installer nearby, who was able to install all the extras we wanted snorkel, roof rack and ladder. With some coordination, we were able to drive back to the coast the same day with our fully kitted Jimny. Bottom line, we’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with the team at Inchcape District Automotive from first purchase, insurance, tag pick up, warranty work, to trade in and delivery of the new vehicle.

They provided quote information efficiently. Prices are a bit high but makes sense being a dealership. In the end very happy with everything and they even washed my car 👍🏼

I definitely recommend working with Abelardo Kasrim. He was very helpful and true to his word which was good because I was purchasing "sight unseen" from the United States prior to moving here. There were some issues with receiving the car in a timely fashion, mostly because of customs entry paperwork but also some internal confusion with the dealership. Abelardo worked very hard to resolve the delays which I appreciate. I love my new Jimny!

I bought a new Suzuki Spresso , Abelardo Kasrim helped me and made the process very easy. I ordered online and The car was delivered to Nosara via a flatbed truck in ten days. They also helped set up insurance. One thing I really liked is that they quoted the price in total… and including all taxes and fees and it was less than the price I saw in an ad on Facebook! All good, highly recommended.
