You can climb the El Fraile rocks (you can see them far away on my photo). You could do some bouldering or rock climbing if you bring your own gear but it is undeveloped. The area is gorgeous. From the El Fraile rocks you can see the many Jibacoa beaches. There are many secluded beaches between the main Jibacoa public beach and the resort area further East. MANY!!!!! You should walk from one to the other or part of the way at least. Many campismos as well. It is easy to be all by yourself on one of those beaches. Many corral reefs as well. Bring your snorkelling gear! We had a taxi for the day and we had a blast exploring the region. AMAZING!
