These people are gangsters, avoid!
We were given a car in terrible condition for an extortionate amount of money. After a couple of days, the car started acting up more than usual, so we returned to hopefully change to a new car. After a three hour wait, they said the mechanic found an issue with the gearbox, that it had received a big hit and that it was my fault. Either I pay for the repair or they take the car from me.
Since the car was very jerky from the moment we received it I knew it was not my fault, so I refused to pay for a repair that I didn't cause.
They took the car and left us stranded in the airport.
Since all the car rental companies in Cuba have been consolidated into one, in true communist fashion, I cant just recommend another company. If you really have to rent a car in Cuba, all I can say is good luck.

Voitures abîmées, service déplorable à éviter.
Eviitez les voitures de location en général si possible.
Sinon prenez un véhicule tout terrain pour Vinales ou les villes principales hors la Havane : système routier hyper dégradé...
Nids de poule énorme un peu partout : attention aux crevaisons...
J'ai voyagé en bus (Viazul) pour les longues distances (Bus climatisé un luxe à Cuba) Taxi - ou application
'La Nave" pour la Havane équivalent Uber très fiable avec de belles surprises ( Plimouth 1951 dans mon cas)

Le pongo una estrella porqué no puedo poner menos... Muy muy mal, teníamos un coche de alquiler en Agosto para las 15h al final nos dieron el coche a las 19h... El primer coche que nos dieron literalmente se aguantaba por pinzas, la rueda trasera pinchada, una olor en el interior... Horrible vaya y encima decían que estaba bien... nos cambiaron el coche después de mucho batallar y el día siguiente nos quedemos tirados en medio de la autopista dirección a Cienfuegos por avería de motor 'sin aceite'.
El tercer coche por suerte aguanto las dos semanas siguientes...
Para mi, muy mala gestión del negocio y los coches en pésimas condiciones para el dineral que pagas.
