Ich gehe seit bald einem halben Jahr, immer wenn ich es einrichten kann, zum Yoga zu Janine und muss sagen, es ist richtig toll! Egal, ob Anfänger*in oder schon Fortgeschritten, alle kommen auf ihre Kosten und niemand fühlt sich unwohl oder unerwünscht. Im Gegenteil.
Ich hoffe bald auch mal die anderen Angebote des Happy Soul Center ausprobieren zu können.

Sowohl Yoga, die Voll-/Neumond-Meditationen als auch die Reiki-Anwendungen mit und bei Janine sind eine riesen Empfehlung! Immer wieder gern 😊

Die Atmosphäre im Happy Soul Center ist einladend, freundlich und beruhigend. Janine hat beim Yoga so viele tolle Tipps und nimmt sich für jeden Zeit! Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Stunde.

Yoga mit Janine macht riesig Spaß.
Es tut dem ganzen Körper gut. Das innere Feuer wird entfacht und der Körper wird super mobilisiert.
Als Anfänger fand ich es genau richtig, aber auch Fortgeschrittene kommen auf ihre Kosten!
