Thai Gourmet

This is a small and unimpressive place but it offers very good Thai food very quickly prepared. We entered shortly after closing time but the cook who managed the restaurant alone generously offered us to take a seat. We ordered quickly and he conjured up two very tasty dishes in just a few minutes. As someone who was born and raised in Thailand, I can attest that the dishes had typical Thai ingredients and authentic taste and flavor. I had duck stir-fried with Kra Pao and my husband chose a vegetarian dish with tofu. Both was delicious. Highly recommended if you want to have a quick, tasty, inexpensive original Thai dish.

This place is the BOMB. I don’t often write reviews, but think it’s worthwhile to do so here. It tends to be hard to find more authentic Thai food in Hamburg as most people cater to the Hamburger’s love of super thick and drowned-in-coconut-milk curries, which just kills it. We found these brand new guys post workout, and after the staff told us Thai’s come for their curries, we gave it a try.

We were NOT disappointed. The Green Curry was simply delicious and I highly recommend it. It was just the right about of coconut, loads of fresh veggies, and flavored perfectly.

The Pad Thai was also delicious though lacking egg and more soy based. Pad Thai varies slightly, but it was great.

The mango sticky rice is a must. It’s a favorite of mine and not a lot of places outside of Thailand get it right. This one had flecks of red rice with just the yummiest coconut Creme and ripe mango.

If you want a really great meal at a super reasonable price, you’re going to want to put this gem of a place on your list!

Really authentic and delicious. They have some stuff you wouldn’t normally find in other thai restaurants. Basically my favorite thai restaurant in Hamburg

Sieht von außen nicht sehr ansprechend aus war aber das beste Thai essen was wir gegessen habe. Ein Besuch ist es auf jedenfall wert.

Wer bei Planten & Bloomen verweilt und so wie ich großen Appetit, auf asiatisches Essen verspürt, dem sei dieses kleine aber tolle Minirestaurant empfohlen! Man sieht wie die frischen Speisen aus frischen Gemüse zu bereitet werden. Das Essen was ich hatte , 15b, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Hauch von Urlaub und ein sehr netter Inhaber und Koch, lassen einen mal eben das Fernweh vergessen. Dazu ein leckeres Export „Saigon“ rundet das Erlebnis ab. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung

Sehr gut, das kleine einfache Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Currys werden ohne künstliche Zutaten frisch hergestellt. Ich hatte das grüne Curry. schön scharf.

Das Essen ist immer super lecker und auch schön angerichtet. Ich esse hier öfter und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung, bis bald :)

Man kriegt hier schnelle und vor allem aus frischen Zutaten zubereitete Gerichte, zu einem fairen Preis.
Das Ambiente war angenehm, wenn auch recht eng und durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße nicht wirklich ruhig.

Top Preis Leistung! Die Jungs bereiten dir fix und super lecker thailändische Spezialitäten zu nem kleinen taler :) gebratener Reis schmeckt Sau gut, ergreife auch gerne mal Pad Thai

Das Restaurant hat mich von der anderen Straßenseite angelacht und nicht enttäuscht.
Die Bratnudeln mit Hühnchen waren sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Portion hat eine ordentliche Größe.
Wunderbar gelegen in der Nähe von Planten un Blomen.

Wir haben dort nach einem Bummel durch "Planten un Blomen" gegessen - und haben es sehr genossen. Super lecker, hübsch angerichtet, freundliche Bedienung - ein absoluter Hit. Besondere Empfehlung: Mango-Lassi!

Bestes Pad Thai! Bin Stammgast und hab noch nirgends ein besseres gefunden. Eine Woche ohne und ich vermiss es. Koch ist super charismatisch und immer für einen herzlichen Witz zu haben. Die Elektronik spinnt manchmal: Hatte bisher aber nur einmal eine Doppelbuchung, lies sich entspannt klären, indem ich dem Koch meine Abbuchung gezeigt habe!
