Getaroom.com, is a ripoff , when booking a hotel room the full refund date is the day before you make a reservation. I booked a hotel room on Feb 15 for the night of Feb 18 and the full refund cancellation date was Feb 14, so to change or cancel your reservation one second after making a reservation the fee was half of the full cost of the original cost. It is impossible to cancel your reservation without being charged a astronomical fee.
