Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers

Walking distance to the local train with a big shopping mall in front, rooms were spacious. Breakfast was amazing so was the afternoon lunch buffet. I must say i was not disappointed even though i had to pay a hefty price due to last minute booking.

The rooms are great, the location is perfect, i don’t ever need to get a car since i am so close to the mall and the train station. The staff is great. I have been coming for many years, but i missed the last year, but Alan in the breakfast area greeted as a friend and it felt so good. Long makes the best breakfast spread. I always leave very happy.

This is a great, modern and clean hotel that is well run. The location is excellent, right next to the motorway without the noise. Metro and train lines within minutes walking distance as well as a large modern shopping centre with food court.
The restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced but the icing on the cake here is the gym

Superb hotel… The staff always looks after their guests very well. Nice organic buffet breakfast in the lobby. Mr Alan at the restaurant is full of enthusiasm and very attentive to his guests and provides great service . Keep up the good work at crown plaza Copenhagen.. Will be back.

We stayed here three nights while visiting Copenhagen, mainly due to the proximity of the train and metro station and the fact it is the only IHG hotel in Denmark. Upgraded to a high floor, king room with Club Lounge access due to my Diamond Elite status. The room is spacious and features modern furnishings. The bed is comfortable and the ventilation system kept the room at a pleasant temperature. The club lounge was intimate and often we were the only occupants - with soft drinks, bottles of Carlsberg and Tuborg and snacks available 24/7. Breakfast appears to be offered from the hotel restaurant, and as I didn’t opt for the Breakfast welcome amenity unsure if it was included or not as part of the club lounge access. However the complimentary beers and snack were very much appreciated in the evening. All hotel staff are friendly, and we had a great stay.

The location is fantastic right across from the metro station, and next to a very nice mall.. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are fantastic. The bathroom floors are heated, and the bedroom is spacious and quiet. The TV has channels in English and water, and tea and coffee in the room are complimentary. Staff is very friendly. We are very, very happy with our choice.

Spacious rooms for Europe. Great storage space to put away your things. The bathrooms and lack of real mini fridge were the only negatives. Half glass showers can make for a mess and they are using old mini bar fridges that don’t actually cool I was told by maintenance.

The television allow for chromecast which is excellent and the views from the rooms are phenomenal.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They even let you borrow umbrellas. The metro and train are less than a 10 min walk from the hotel and there is a large mall with grocery, shopping, and dining.

I had a really nice stay here though it’s just for a night. The manger that checked me in, he is really friendly and nice to all customers. Also the breakfast staff they all make us feel really welcome. Best crowne plaza compared to the rest I stayed before! Keep up the good work!☺

It is my second stay at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen and the service never disappoints.Comfy beddings, well equipped and spacious gym. Most importantly, I would like to give a shout-out to Alan, very attentive, efficient, vibrant and great hospitality to us and all the guests too! Alan literally killed us with kindness! It has been a very pleasant stay I would definitely return if I ever visit Copenhagen again :)

It has everything going for it, from its clean, spacious, well-appointed rooms to exceptionally welcoming and engaging staff, this hotel takes the cake.
The location is excellent: it is a quick drive from the Copenhagen airport or three stops on the metro. The metro/train station is located 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. Also, there is a big mall close by with lots of shopping and food options.
Getting into the city center is a 13-minute drive or a 20-minute train ride. We even took the metro to Malmo, Sweden in less than one hour.

Food: the breakfast spread is noteworthy, far better than the average Continental breakfast most IHG offers, and the breakfast staff is super professional and amicable. Alan makes the best omelet; everything is served with a smile.
The only downside for me was the restaurant, Bark. While the setting is beautiful, the menu is very limited, and the food is bland. The restaurant's service team does make up for the lackluster menu with their top tier service.
The highlight for me, however, is that this hotel is a plant lover's paradise and gym lover's dream. The atrium is filled with beautiful plants and lots of seating, so you can enjoy the natural beauty. I haven't experienced a full gym in a IHG hotel before - I absolutely love the gym here.
All in all, an excellent experience.

Awesome hotel, super breakfast and friendly bar.. had a bit of an issue with the thermostat in my room, but the good staff offerd me a desk fan and an cold lemonaid.. :) all good, will recommend!

I have been staying in hotels all over the world for 35 years due to my profession, but this is the first time I have received such a high quality and clean breakfast service. The main reason for this is your staff, Mr. ALAN . This employee represents your hotel so well and makes us feel like we are at home, that I will never stay at another hotel during my visits to Copenhagen from now on. My only choice will be Crowne Plaza tower and I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much Mr. ALAN & All CROWNE PLAZA TOWERS staff.

To start with : I arrived at the restaurant before opening hours for dinner - Alan the waiter invited me in when I explained that I was on a tight schedule and had a burger made quickly to ensure I get back to work ASAP. Amazing customer experience and great food! Compliments to Alan and to the chef. Second, the staff at the reception is super friendly, goes above and beyond to find you what you need ( an American outlet converter for example) follows-up when you ask for something and most importantly is attentive and listens to the client. Overall great hotel experience and great job to staff and management.

Great spot for our first exposure to Copenhagen. It's in a newer business district and attached to a big office building with a nice atrium. So more business style, but still was great for our family. The location to the metro and commuter rail is awesome. You can get anywhere easily and much more affordably than by using cabs. The Fields mall next door is an easy walk and a great place to start each day's exploration. If you're traveling with kids the mall has a nice park inside on the 3rd floor (aka 2 here)

Great hotel near the airport. Great rooms. Great breakfast buffet and very good in hotel restaurant.

This hotel is very close to the train and metro stop, and only 2 stops from the airport. Beautiful amenities and restaurants, especially if you have membership upgrades. The breakfast is so elegant. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved this hotel.

This is a great place to stay during your visit to Copenhagen. The room is clean and spacious, feels comfortable and cosy. The view on the higher floors are great. I also like their breakfast: plenty of options to choose from. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The location is in the city edge but it’s well connected by the metro line the station of which is in five minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location, excellent rooms and breakfast. Parking was very good. Friendly staff at the front desk and plenty of services available. The gym was a bit small but it is due to be closed and expanded very soon. You can also get a free pass to a larger SATS nearby which is only a short run away. All in all a good experience and I will be coming back.
