Hotel Gilleleje Strand

We had an awesome dinner at the restaurant yesterday. We ate fish, salsify and smashed potatoes. The fish was soft, crumbly and juicy inside. The salsify is crunchy but soft inside and the fish sauce is incredibly tasty. The temperature of the food was perfect. We had chocolate mousse for dessert, it was also very delicious with the small pieces of chocolate. Thank you to the Hotel and the staff for giving us a perfect birthday dinner.

This is a well run small hotel close to the boat harbour and the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are large and included two armchairs. Queen sized bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. Bathroom was a bit small but the shower was good. A common sitting room with a coffee machine was also very nice. Breakfast was a generous buffet style. If you are travelling by bicycle there is off street parking for bikes in the back garden. I would stay at this hotel again.

My family and I had a fabulous lunch at this hotel. Super service. Delicious local food. Great wines.

Such a lovely place to stay, rooms are simple but beautiful, clean, and bed mattress is soft for those who like it 😁 very friendly staff, close to the beach and next to the tiny cute shops of Gilleleje, it was good place to visit in March, but I believe in summer it is amazing!

We have been attending the birthday party with a sleep over. First - the localisation is wonderful, few steps to the beach and few steps to the "gogaede". The building itself and rooms full of 100-years old furniture was absolutely amazing. But the greatest point was the party and the staff who took care of the evening. Thank you all for the delicious menu, outstanding service and care! We will definitely visit you again <3

Lovely ambience, delicious food, great efficient service. Was served by a delightful and cheerful young lady who couldn't do enough for us.

Kommer i restauranten for frokost. Det har udviklet sig meget positivt de seneste måneder og efter min opfattelse får man ikke bedre frokost noget sted i Gilleleje. Vi fik den dejligste sildeanretning efterfulgt af rødspætte og hønsesalat. Det var bare så godt. Fin service, hvor tjeneren uopfordret kommer og skifter vores tallerkener, fordi vi deler. Topprofessionelt og en god atmosfære i en hyggelig restaurant.

Hvis du vil opleve et fantastisk hotel, der er til at betale. Så er det Gilleleje Strandhotel, må du besøge. .
