I didn’t have a good experience with the branch manager. As I moved from Germany to Denmark, I cannot speak Danish. 3 months ago I was living in Germany and just wanted to move to Denmark, had a conversation with the branch manager and he didn’t speak English to me though he could understand English very well and he only spoke Danish to me and said “you’re in Denmark so you should able to speak Danish!”
He seems racist and I didn’t go there ever and changed my bank to another. It’s not like 19th century and people can move and change their residency!

I become unemployment due to medical reasons. Although there was enough money on the account every month they closed the account. They behaved very impertinent.
