I purchased the Lucca closed LED lamp, whose glass broke. There is no policy to repair the glass or to return the lithium battery for safe disposal.

For a company that emphasises sustainability, manufacturing in China and not offering any repair options is proof that they're simply greenwashing.

I've had issues with other lamps from similarly priced designer houses, and all offered an option to repair or return. Disappointing purchase!
