Scrumptious mussels submerged in truly the best cream sauce I’ve experienced in my life! Had to share the “aftermath” photo. I finished the sauce by drinking it like a soup. Too delicious to leave a drop!

The food was very delicious. We had a wonderful lunch here before heading to the Frederiksborg Slot.

They give you portions most people cannot finish. Very tasty meals too. Had the Mexico Mix of chicken and beef.

I visited Cafe Valentine on a sunny afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The cafe is located on the main street of Hillerød, close to the castle and the park. The menu offers a variety of dishes for brunch, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks and desserts. I ordered the chicken salad with avocado and bacon, which was fresh and tasty. The portion was generous and the price was reasonable. The cafe also has a cocktail bar with happy hour from 20:00 to 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. I enjoyed a delicious mojito while listening to some relaxing music. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Cafe Valentine to anyone looking for a nice place to eat and drink in Hillerød.

Nice place to have lunch on your visit to Frederiksborg castle. Good selection of open sandwiches, salads and beers. Lovely little square to sit and people watch. Cordial service

Service was not great. But the food presentation and yummy flavor made up for it all. We waited forever as it happens when you are dealing with hunger pains. However, the waiter acknowledged it and apologized and our food was then quickly in front of us. I had the most freshly homemade style tomato soup. Its not a favorite soup of mine but I will remember this one for a while. Absolutely loved it! My son loved the chicken wrap and my daughter very much enjoyed the burger. Would definitely go back!

Reading some reviews it seems either people love the place or had a bad experience. We were fortunate. Food was good, staff where excellent. No complaints.

We've only been there once in connection with a visit to Frederiksborg Slot. We didn't expect much based on the quite affordable prices, but service was quick and the food excellent. Haven eaten too much others days, I just chose a salad with prawns. I had expected a few prawns as decoration, but got more like 15 tasty prawns, and ended up too full again. :)

I came here to eat for my Bachelorette party and the service was great. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and helpful of you're not sure what you'd like to order. The overall experience was pleasant and I'll be returning again soon
