Watch the movie first, and if you are residing in this country, it is a must-see as it is part of this country's history! Also, look at your 200 peso bill, and you will understand.

It was a great experience our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. We planned this trip for years and finally we were able to go and visit the Casa Museo Hermanas Mirabal.

Casa Museo Hermanas Mirabal is a great place to visit in Salcedo Dominican Republic. It contains original artifacts, such as clothing, cooking materials, home goods and there way of living in that era. I definitely recommend this museum to all my friends and family.

Those who do not know their history are exposed to committing the same mistakes and here is a place without precedent in Dominican history and that is still remembered as the first day... vilely assassinated Dominican heroines and heroes!

i took my daughter there to learn more about The Mirabal sisters and to know about their importance contribution they have in women's history. Amazing place to visit, so much history and beauty. The staff are bilingual and were great source of information, everything was well kept and organized, will definitely go back for another visit.

I loved the museum it was very interesting to know a piece of my history i was born her in DR and i left here in 1966.so to be back now is a blessing thank for having such a beautiful place. Mrs mack.

Lot of Dominican history morabilia.

The tour guide knows by hart his way around the facilities and is very informative for the visitors.

The ancients threes give plenty of shade and refreshing air to the area.

It will be nice if taking pictures were permited but, even so, it worth the time and driving to go there

Love the quality, but very much on the high expensive side. Staff is pleasant, but when u get the bill it is always exorbitant. I go back because of the cheese and desserts.

Great museum for tours. They provide guide in both English and Spanish. Each room tells a story from the mira al sister. To bad they don't allow picture taking inside the house otherwise I would've showed you photos.

Visiting the home of Las Hermanas Mirabal was always a dream of mine. Thank you for this opportunity to see the life of my greatest role models. The grounds were taken care of exceptionally. The home looked like it was loved. The literature available for purchase was insightful. The food and snacks that were sold were delicious.

This was an experience that would stay with me forever.

A detailed jurney through the life and the death of the Mirabal sisters. Details of how they were brutally murdered by dictator Rafael Leonidas Trujillo. The museum is surrounded by breathtaking gardens. Great experience.

Would you like to know part of history of DR? Then you have to come and visit this museum. Place is nice and people are the best!
