Pleasant apartment complex, relatively new. Great location on the beach, the beachfront apartments on the first and second floor offer stunning views over the beach. The beachfront apartment on the first floor is easy to get to, but has virtually no view. All beachfront apartments have a large balcony or terrace. The rear apartments offer a small balcony from which you can also See a "kind of a bit" of the ocean. All staff is super friendly and helpful. Our AirBnB apartment (beachfront, 2nd floor) was super equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the apartment complex is in a rather run-down area (Camino del Sol), unbelievable how many buildings are rotting here 😟 A shame. Without your own car, however, you're screwed here, unless you're used to it and willing to walk 4 km on the beach to the center of Cabarete ... and of course back again. Partly, however, it also succeeds (10/2022) to book one of the few UBER drivers. We felt very comfortable here after a lot of AirBnB bookings in the center of Cabarete - but we also have our own car on the island 😇

Es un residencial 100% nuevo, desde la estructura hasta los electrodomésticos, justo en frente a la playa de Cabarete. Lugar muy tranquilo y seguro.
