I want to thank Caribe Connections for an awesome experience. I expressed interest in purchasing properties and their attention and response to my interest and developing a plan was nothing short of amazing. I want to extend a special thanks to Odeth, not only was her communication, preparation and research outstanding but she was also personable and positive. She also helped me a great deal with navigating the city during my visit. We were thoroughly impressed and look forward to working with her!

Let me start by saying this is the best real estate office in the Dominican Republic . The attention to detail step by step by Isel was very Refreshing in the number of condos I was able to see in a short period of time. Odeth was excellent in her detailed way of explaining every facet of the properties we visited . The closing of the purchase of the condo was extremely smooth experience . After the closing Isel gave me the option to also manage my property .Which has also been a great superb .Raul is also exceptional and his patience are unmatched . The whole Caribe connection team were wonderful and i hope to do business with them again .

Let me just start by saying that back in November 2021, I went to DR for 3 days with the hopes of finding my ideal home. I did, thanks to Caribe Connections and particularly Isel. Isel responded to my request to see condos within 24 hours. She was organized, diligent in showing me the best available options on the market. Once I was set on a place, she encouraged me to see more places just for me to compare and be 100% satisfied and sure of my decision. She worked with me to get the best offer and the process from offer to me being the proud owner of my condo was super smooth. I can’t thank her enough. I would recommend Caribe Connection to anyone interested in purchasing a house in DR. Super professional and efficient !

I am SO GRATEFUL to have found Caribe Connection. Isel and her team (specifically Odeth whom is an angel) were soooo helpful at every step of the way. They are real human beings that care about the people they help. They understood exactly what I was looking for and all the options they showed me were aligned with what I was looking for! Although I wasn't able to complete my purchase of the property for personal reasons. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't loose my money. We met Isel and her Caribe Connection staff online and did our first contact through WhatsApp. We had a few conversations and scheduled an in person meeting.

They were professional and offered to pick us up at the airport and take us around.

We viewed many places: different neighborhoods and different kinds of homes and condos over a weeks’ time.

We ended up extending 2 offers: one on a condo that was rejected and one on a home in a gated community that was accepted. We relied on her knowledge of the market and the property to ensure we got the best price and options in the home.

Isel and her staff supported us through efforts in getting a DR bank account (surprisingly difficult) and the purchase of our home (largely simple but a bit time consuming). Both were initially started on our first visit and completed (mostly) on our second.

Our experience was great and we consider Isel, her husband Raul and her staff friends to this day.
