I can’t say enough great things about these fine people. I purchased a new CF Moto 450 in November of 2023. It had a freak factory issue a few weeks later that was no fault of the dealer. It was covered and repaired within 10 days. I was promised 2 weeks. Then I tore it up on my own in early March 2024 by running it into some water that was a little too deep after some rain on a Friday afternoon. They picked it up at my house on Saturday morning and it was good as new by Thursday afternoon. This family owned business has gone above and beyond for me.

I have bought bike there many years ago and it was an excellent experience. I just stopped in again and shop is even better than before. Many nice bikes to choose from.

Bought a motorcycle in Sosua three years ago and when I leave there I go back to the states. I leave my bike at Cross Master for storage several months at a time. When I return it's already to go.

I was amazed when I walked in. Didn't expext at all to find a moto shop in north coast so clean amd organized. I brought my suzuki for a check. The guys did great job, super professionals. I highly recommend it. Personally i won't go anywhere else. Even i don't know those guys, with mybforstbsteps in i was sure i cam trust them. Great job
