Gorgeous modern self contained rooms with a shared kitchen.
The grounds include a lovely lagoon with the use of kayaks and small pool.
Great touches include the use of free sun cream, eggs and fruit left out each morning, rum in the rooms.
The location is right opposite Kite Beach and around 2.5kms into Cabarete town.
Excellent value for money.

I had been wanting to check out this hotel for a long time simply because I like 'boutique hotels.' my Husband and I went for a date night, traveling from Cabrera, and we're not disappointed. The communication was great, the hotel was easy to find, and most importantly the room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It also has a nice view in the palm trees (we were in Soul Searcher on the top floor).

Enjoyed our stay here at Kibayo, and would definitely go back again. Staff is really warm and super friendly with your requests.

Really wonderful place. Kibayo offers a little zen just about a comfortable distance away from all the hustle and bustle from the town. Offers a community-type of vibe with a small pool, common kitchen and a lagoon right next to it. Hosts are lovely and welcoming here Really great experience.

We had an amazing stay at Kibayo. The room was really nicely decorated, the bed was super comfortable. They propose great breakfast options. The staff is very nice and helpful. The garden/outdoor area was our favorite place to chill and relax. We definitely recommend this place and would book it again with no hesitation !!

This is by far one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at! The location is unreal, right on the banks of a lagoon, the staff are incredible and so so friendly, the rooms feel like a little slice of paradise and shout out to the delicious (and healthy!) complimentary breakfast as well. Don't hesitate, just book it!

We stayed at Kibayo for one week in February 2023. It is an exceptional destination with a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. If you seek a close connection with nature and a touch of spirituality, this is the place for you. We explored other resorts in Cabarete but were delighted that we made the right choice with Kibayo. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the food is delicious, and there is a wide range of fantastic activities available, including yoga and energy healing sessions. We recommend renting a car to visit the monkey sanctuary and enjoying horseback riding with Rancho El Contento. We can't wait to return to Kibayo! Thank you for an amazing experience.

This place was a gorgeous getaway spot with easy access to the beach and other destinations.

Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating even when we had mildly strange requests/needs.

Even when they made a mistake they were quick to fix it and make sure everyone was cared for. I would absolutely come here again and I hope they expand to have Kibayo locations elsewhere.

My brother and I had a delightful 3 night stay at Kibayo. The staff are great; warm, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable; simply and beautifully decorated. The meals that are offered are delicious, healthy and attractive. The grounds are well kept; and special> a little oasis of trees, flowers and water with birds and bullfrogs. We enjoyed the pool and the yoga. Definitely recommend it and would return in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed my stay. Booked three separate rooms for myself and two friends. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Each with its own shower and restroom. The property is well maintained and the staff on site, especially Ruben are very professional and accommodating.

Great place. Love the peaceful nature environment. I was expecting mosquitoes because of the lake but there were none.

Kibayo is like a temple. A place to disconnect from everyday life and relax.

The room- beautiful and clean.
The breakfast was very good.
And for us the magic is out side at the garden.
Start with the staff at the bar that gives this place his energy, Very big area close to the lagoon full of grass with nice places to chill and wood stage for yoga practice.
We also took the a raft and sail at the lagoon ,it was very good experience.

I really loved every minute at Kibayo. Everything there is amazing, no complains at all. The breakfast is the best. If you want to visit others places at Cabarete my recommendation is to go by your own transportation but in anycase you can take a motoconcho which I enjoyed a lot!

Kibayo is one of the most magical places I’ve ever been to. It’s the perfect getaway with the most beautiful garden including a real lagoon. Breakfast menu differs everyday and is so yummy. They have an amazing team running the property. The owners are the most loving people I’ve ever met and it’s wonderful to see how passionate and dedicated they are to give you the best experience possible. It’s like entering their home where you can feel perfectly in space with nature, be yourself and fully recharge. Highly recommended !

Kibayo is such a stunning little oasis.. I almost don't want to give it away.
Sitting off the beaten path of 'downtown' Cabarete, this beautiful boutique hotel is a get-away from the getaway.

The rooms are delightfully airy and super clean with very comfortable beds, the breakfast is delicious (served with warm smiles), and the grounds are fabulous. They have tons of classes and events too!

On top of all of this the owners and staff are absolutely lovely and so much damn fun to be around (Seriously, thank you).
The care and love that has gone into Kibayo truly shows.

Kibayo is an excellent place to relax, the place is full of peace and nature just 5 minutes drive to the beach and some very nice places at Cabarete if you want to feel closer to nature you should definitely visit this place.

We enjoyed our stay. A beautiful, quiet place, with an incredible view on a little lagoon. We really relaxed and were able to disconnect.
