There were 4 ATMs available and the withdrawal fee was 4.8 dollars.

ATMs always in service znd work for most American banks.

Recurrí por varias ocasiones a retirar dinero, lo mas cómodo es que el banco abre desde la madrugada con un guardia cuidando para que tu puedas hacer retiros muy tranquilamente.

ATM didnt provide money in Baños.
ATM entered service mode following what sounded like multiple attempts at assembling money. No receipt provided, no money provided. But amount was still deducted from our account.

Once case is closed and transcation has been cancelled by bank, this review will be edited/removed.

Bank keep dragging, ignored our request to check service log and video surveillance of specific ATM. Avoid bank if you can - we know of two other similar incidents with Pichincha ATMs, and none with other banks. Pichincha ATMs are a scam.

Despite multiple visits to Pichincha bank (friendly service) with documentation and email exchanges, Pichincha didnt revert the fraudulent transaction. But our bank did. We hope Pichincha fixed their ATM issues.

I wanted to get cash out of one of the ATMs but I just got a message “Currently only transactions and balance inquiries available.“. The ATM didn't have enough money so it gave me nothing. Nevertheless the bank charged my account. I tried countless times to contact the bank, no answers. 4 weeks later still heard nothing, still did not get my money back. The is really bad service. This bank stole moeny from me! Avoid to support such a company!
