I am working remotely for some time now and here in Banos Windows on my laptop refused working.
I couldn't fix that with anyone remotely so I went to Ivan.
He did a great job, not only fixing the Windows but also he have saved all important documents that I had on my disc.
He is a professional with a hudge attention to details.
His customer service skills are one of the greatest I have seen in this part of the world.
I strongly DO recommend this place.

If you are a gringo do not go here for service on your computer! I was having a problem getting my laptop to boot up into windows. I was informed that my hard drive was no good since the fan was not working. For the price of a hard drive and $25 labor he could fix it. I paid $70 and was informed that my laptop needed a new fan which would cost me another $70. I dropped my laptop off to my computer guy in Canada today and he informed me that not only is the fan working properly the SSD card that was only 3weeks old is missing (replacement cost is $50). We had a great trip thru Ecuador and Banos was one of our favorite stops.
