Eduard House by Larsen

Very decent place, would recommend it to anyone that wants a convenient place for a couple of days or even months in Tallinn. Resembles a lot like a dormitory but not noise and overall more adult oriented

Very comfortable accommodation a 20 minute bus from Tallinn Old Town. Any problems were dealt with immediately and there’s a very young and sociable atmosphere. Would recommend :)

Very nice facility for short or long stay. All automated. Clean and functional. Good location in Mustamae, close to bus stations and supermarket Selver. Nearby you can find nice cafes and bars. Recommended for one or couple. Not suitable for families. Price good.

I was in Tallinn due to my internship and stayed in Eduard House for 3 months and I loved every single moment of my staying there! It was the perfect decision for a short period of time. I met a lot of wonderful people, especially my dear roommate Tereza! Everything was amazing and I will miss there so so much!

Clean, renovated rooms, sufficient equipment and even though the space was not too large, it was used in a very sensible way so you had everything you needed. I had doubts about the folding bed, but it was very comfortable in the end.
I also have to highlight communication with the host - Kadri was available for any questions and accommodated all the requests that I had. I think this alone was one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed the stay and I will absolutely consider it again if I need to stay in Tallinn.
The common areas are also excellent - if you need to work during your stay, there is a co-working area, you can chill on the terrace and there are also some fun activities such as air hockey in the lobby.
I appreciated that the access was provided through a digital key in your phone - no need to deal with keys or cards (though it was possible if you did want a card instead).
Location seemed a bit strange at first and it isn't right in the centre, but it's very close to a bus stop, so it's very easy to get into the centre quickly. A store was also close by. From my experience, it was also calm around.
Having a washer-dryer was very handy since it was a short trip and I was packed perhaps too light.

I'm personally not the biggest fan of one large blanket for two people - would have preferred to have one, but that's just a tiny detail.

Easy access to bus stops and located near 3 Estonian major grocery stores and all within walking distances. Excellent place to stay and proud to be part of the Larsen family and community!

What a great house full of brand new studio apartments in Tallinn! I really enjoy the cozy lounge area and coworking space which is perfect for studying and working.

It may not look special on the outside but inside it's a whole different story. Very modern and neatly located near a bus station.

New apartment. Pretty clean and modern. With a nice lobby to hang out. Little overpriced

I especially liked the common areas (rooftop terrace!) and the events for residents :)

One of the best housing choices for international&exchange students!

Gonna miss my friend who lives here until midmarch :(

Hotel bez obsługowy - całkowicie zautomatyzowany. Wejście do obiektu i do pokoju przez kod podany w aplikacji. My byliśmy większą grupą, wszyscy zadowoleni. Aneksy kuchenne w pokojach. Wyposażenie każdego pokoju, na minimalnym wystarczającym poziomie- jeśli dla 2 osób, to 2 kubki, 2 talerze itd. trzeba zaznaczyć że czysto i wysprzątane. Jest parking dla gości. Na dole w lobby fajna strefa chilloutu - korzystaliśmy. Blisko sklep spożywczy i przystanek trolejbusów. Ten hotel można śmiało polecić.

En tant qu’étudiante erasmus je ne peux que recommander Eduard House par Larsen. Je suis là depuis 2 mois et il me reste 3 mois et je trouve que la résidence est parfaite. Très sécurisée, accès par une application ou des cartes physiques.
Je trouve que l’appartement est très bien agencé, spacieux, les équipements sont de qualité. Il y a une salle calme au 8e étage pour étudier, lire, se détendre. Il y a aussi un roof top pour regarder le sunset ou faire des soirées en été.
La résidence est super bien placée, à mon sens la mieux placée des Larsen, car vous êtes qu’à 10 min en bus du centre, et d’ailleurs les arrêts de bus sont juste à côté.
Je recommande à 100% Larsen ❤

Отлично все! Новое, чистое здание с зоной отдыха, игровое место. На крыше есть доп зона отдыха - вид хороший :)

Бесконтактный заезд по электронному ключу в любое время суток! Это очень удобно... Сами аппартаменты очень уютные, есть всё необходимое, хоть и площадь жилья очень маленькая... Рассчитаны максимум на два человека!
Есть диванчик ( если убрать кровать), варочная поверхность, холодильник, микроволновка, стиралка... Посуда - количество рассчитано на двоих..
Душ и туалет очень комфортные.. Тёплый пол... Да и сама квартира очень тёплая.

В номері є все, що необхідно, є паркомісця, в холі є також різні речі для розваг
Та супер бонусом, на мою думку є відкрита тераса на криші, просто супер готель для відпочинку, рекомендую
