I used the restaurant rather than the hotel. It takes place in a large room with ten large tables that suit well for family. The lunch was very good and tasty: large and thick piece of salmon with fried potatoes and salad. Was enough for my lunch. 4 people lunch costs 30 euros, not expensive if you consider quality food and amenities. Outside, there is a big garden with playground for kids , nice tables exposed to the sun. This a very good place to spend a quiet lunch. I recommend it. Plus, people here are serviceable and smiling;)

Ate at the restaurant. Wonderful service, delicious food. I ate the Zandart filet with potatoes, salad and a cold sauce. It cost 15eur, which was very appropriate as the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The sauce was the surprise winner for me, as it is worth coming back just for the sauce.

Nice touristic place unless you are afraid of mosquitoes. The owners of the place are very pleasant people. It has small restaurant with very pleasant owner. If you are not afraid of mosquitoes which are swarming here in the evening (though it can be seasonal) I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay over a weekend with a family or a few friends.

A wedding is what brought me to this beautiful place. And the car of a man whom many friends choose to call "Dad" for reasons that will be disclosed in another review.
I almost missed the car as I was out all night and lost my keys. As my suit was also in my appartment, I ended up going to the wedding dressed in a suit I bought second hand when I was 15. I can't prove it, but If you saw it you would agree that it must be at least twice as old as I am.
It's a three piece suit so standing in the sun, in the heat on the beach where the ceremony was performed was arduous to say the least. Also I looked like out of an old movie which made me terribly self-concious.

But to the merit of the place, they can keep 60 people provided with cold beer the whole day, which made everything bearable: the night unslept, the heat, the complete lack of comfort and dignity...
The only drawback which comes to mind, but which I personally cannot attest to as I was asleep already, was that the rooms can get so packed that you'll forget there even is a thing called ventilation.
I was told that when opening the door in the middle of the night, the air was so thick you could cut it with a knife. But the weather was good, the door stayed open and all the drunk people could sleep in adequate levels of oxygen.

Really 8/10, would visit again.

Very laid back refuge. Definetly no a glamourous hotel, more like home accomodation. Historical vibe and very peaceful surroundings.

This is a very charming getaway. If you're sensitive to the heat, don't go in summer. No AC.
