Literaat Café

Whenever I visit Tallinn, I come to this beautiful bookshop for both the atmosphere and the incredible range of books and products. There is an expensive enough English section. The bookshop is clean, big, well laid out and the staff are lovely. Even something has to be said about the dim (but not too dim) lighting. It is a fantastic place and a must for book lovers and those who like a good dose of relaxing ambience.

The cafe is inside a bookstore. And we loved shopping for books and then found this cafe. Delicious chocolate brownie and coffee. Very nice environment. Get your book and enjoy some coffee here.

Had a nice visit on the weekend day. Calm, enough room, not growded, good service and clean room. A few vegan and vegetarian options for the meal and latte with plant based milk. I like the fact that the book store is next by. Suitable for taking time off, reading and eating something tasty.

I thoroughly enjoyed the exquisite combination of flavors in the Literaat Duck Salad! The tender duck fillet paired harmoniously with the delightful cherry-oregano sauce, creating a mouthwatering experience. The grilled red cabbage and carrot added a lovely smokiness, while the refreshing orange fillet provided a zesty contrast. The couscous was perfectly cooked and the fresh salad brought a crisp and vibrant element to the dish. A true culinary delight that left me craving for more!

Nice coffee shop within rahva raamat. Good selection of cakes to choose from. Bonus points on the aquarium which was a hit with our toddler.

A cozy and elegant place to enjoy a book with a cup of tea or coffee. A lovely staff and great food. Recommend it to everyone !
