Kalana Ööd

Amazing experience, what a concept for a cottage! I and my wife stayed in Kalana mirror house between August 16-18. Host was prompt in getting back to us, very responsive and warm, everything worked like a clockwork.

It’s like being in an enchanted forest inside some sort of fairy tale house looking at eagles, herons, occasional fox and stunning sunsets. Added bonus is the sauna (also mirror!) and the dipping pond.

Bring some fish from local mongers to grill and enjoy this slice of paradise in Hiiumaa. Staying at Kalana ööd is for sure not just about spending a night somewhere. It is way more than that. It’s a visual enjoyment, unforgettable immersive experience. Highly recommend it.

Go explore Kalana area that is super cool. Little rustic “downtown” with quirky Esko baar and popular restaurant Kalana Äär by the port and few other spots to check out. Rugged coastline and a great surf spot are few steps away.

Olles 2 korda kallim kui teised kohad, siis oleks oodanud midagi ekstra.
Isegi hommikumantleid ei olnud hinnas. Privaatsusega oli ka täpselt nii ja naa. Ühe põõsa taga naaber, kes ehitas, teise põõsa taga naaber kes ehitas. Tiik oli küsitava väärtusega moodustis. Muidu uus, puhas ja viisakas.
