The food is amazing! I couldn't believe how delicious was the bread. Everything I tried was yumm!
All the staff is very attentive and kind.
Bedrooms are big.

The place is wonderful. The rooms are really good. The service and hospitality are professional. The restaurant is quite nice, and the food options appeal to all tastes.
The pools are fantastic. The health club is amazing with really professional staff.
Overall, an experience to be repeated.
Highly recommend.

Hotel with highest service can be afford to the guest and best place to chill and relax.

The suite was amazing with garden/pool view, dinner is also so nice with a big variety buffet, highly recommended. Weddings are really well organized and nice but DJ sucks

My stay there was awesome. I like the gym there. The team working there was great. The smoothies are a must have.

We stayed here as part of a large group. The check-in was fast, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice and clean

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is very close to the themepark which makes it a very kid friendly place.

The staffs were extremely friendly & offered great
hospitality during our stay at the hotel! The receptionist Aya
was really nice, and so was Zainab & the male staff with her,
who were very welcoming & attended to our questions when
we visited the Fitness Centre, Massage Parlor & Sauna.
The Superior Room we booked was AMAZING,, with the
Dream Park & pool view. Overall, the room was very
comfortable & cozy to stay in for the night.
The breakfast buffet offered a plethora of amazing dishes,
tried them all & love them all!
10/10, would definitely recommend staying here!
- The check-in time (3pm) could be earlier. Because we
informed the hotel beforehand that we'd be arriving early at
12pm and requested an early check-in if available…. But
apparently we couldn't check-in earlier than 3pm, so we
decided to take a stroll & have our lunch down at the Mall Of
Egypt which was less than 10 minutes drive from the hotel.
The phone in our room apparently couldn't make any calls,
but we could receive calls. So we'd just walk to the
receptionist if we needed anything since our room was super
close.
The padlock was also broken, but we didn't need it anyways,
since we've got the automatic door lock.
But overall it did not ruin our stay <3 Still a pleasant stay!!

The rooms were sufficiently large and well furnished. Comfy, spacious twin beds. Amazing night view of Cairo city both during dawn and dusk. Neat and specklessly clean. One drawback though was there was only one socket for charging devices... A bit far from the main city but definitely had all amenities. Absolutely worthy of 5 star rating.
The sponge cakes, doughnuts were definitely a treat. Breakfast pancakes were just brilliant. Loved the breakfast buffet. Worth the penny.

Had a 3 night stay there and I honestly had a great time.

Check in process took some time but otherwise I enjoyed my stay there. Lovely facilities and very friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned well too. The breakfast was nice and there were good varieties available. Would definitely come back again.

The stay was nice. I couldn't be more happier. The view was awesome and hard to beat in Cairo. Although i was excepting some hotel slippers but turned out that there was none available

After two days every thing is going okay. Customer service is good as well as room service. Reception needs more attention.

I attended a wedding there, the event was going nice and smooth, service is perfect, but when comes to food, chicken and meat are not meeting expectation, but the variety of the salads and desert was great

This is such an amazing hotel, we had a beautiful stay, breakfast has many varieties, there's a kids pool and another pool which is 165/170 cms in depth, the room was amazing I loved it, very spacious containing one large living room with a dining table, a large t.v you can screen mirror your phone to it and a door that exits you to the terrace, the terrace was HUGE for us. there's also a bedroom with another t.v, a bathroom and a wardrobe. The price is good for the location the hotel is in too. It also has access to dreampark which is amazing!

Nice, beautiful and secluded but impersonal! It deserves the 5-star rating because it fails at nothing, but then leaves you seeking for more.
More friendliness, more human touch, more warmth... Easy to achieve, though, merely with a smile, a gesture, a miniature 'extra mile '
By the way, I kept asking about towel slippers for 3 consecutive days... In vain, but with encouraging promises and not a single word of apology!
