Very food staff , we called for emergency on new year's eve 2019/2020 as we had an emergency and they were the only one who actually picked up and waited for us to arrive . Upon arriving we were met by dr eslam , who is a very nice and kind person before being a doctor . He helped us so much for a whole 2 weeks until our balady girl was fine , also he helped to curre my American pitbull wo had skin condition for over 5 months and he was the only one who made a diffrance .

I found the staff at reception incredibly friendly and helpful and above all, the vets are truly compassionate. Whether pavement special or purebred, the care for these animals is exceptional. Thank you!

They are very friendly and very helpful I went there with my dog dieing and left back home great and healthy they are not thinking about just how they took a money they help me a lot there is no word can expelling how they wonderfully from the first step until the end reception, lap and doctor thank you so much

Very experienced doctors especially Dr. Lamya Emam

Dr Islam Shalaby is so professional and he really knows what he’s doing. He diagnosed my dying kitty in less than 5mins and he did his best to try to save his life. None of the doctors who saw my baby could diagnose him except for Dr. Islam. My baby was a lost case.. But he helped us take care of the rest of our cats in order to eliminate any chances of contagion. Thanks a lot for your help Dr. Islam.
