Jungle Aqua Park - All Inclusive

Great place for family vacations. Plenty of clean pools, several aquaparks, lots of slides, for younger and older ones. The staff is smiling, helpful and at every corner. The hotel is not right at the beach, but you can go there by the hotel bus which departs every 15 minutes.
We spent a week there and didn't even explore all the amenities. I'm about to leave right now and I'm already looking forward to coming back to the very same hotel.

This is the best hotel for children in Hurghada. There is a huge territory where t is never boring, there are a lot of ​​activities and entertainment, like amazing slides, various pools, attractions, bicycles, life-size puppets, disco, sweets, cotton candy, ice cream, hamburgers, animation. They really know and fell what children love. And the service surpasses many five-star hotels in Hurghada.

A wonderful place, filled with wonderful hosts. There are plenty of things to do for the kids. Water slides, face painting, day trips out. We're halfway through our holiday, and I'm already sad to leave the place 😅

Hands down one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Service in all areas is faultless. No one, kids and adults alike, could ever get bored at this place. A hotel we will 100% be visiting again 😁

This hotel has everything for a family with kids from waterpark fun in day and funfair rides in the night. All these are included in price. Many other facilities like kids cinema etc

Huge, beautiful, green and very well preserved territory, fantastic swimming pools and facilities for children.
There are a lot of restaurants for any taste. Have to walk a while in order to find what you like, but everything was very tasty and fresh every day.
The only thing to take into account is the distances – the hotel is really huge. Sometimes, to get somewhere, it might take you like 15 minutes rather fast walking. So if you are not used or do not like to cover big distances by foot every day, think twice before choosing this hotel.

The staff here are great (apart from at reception. I know they are super busy but it would be great if they could act more bothered about you! but ignoring that).
I was so relieved that unlike other hotels in Egypt, there is no tipping (other than in jars at bars). We felt like staff were friendly and helpful because they wanted to be, rather than for money. We could really relax and enjoy our holiday :)

Jungle Aqua Park is like my home, i worked here and have many friends which i feel at home when i come to spend Vacation.
Service is perfect.

Second time now staying here, first time may 2022 second Feb 2023 after seeing the amount of refurbishment and expansion works going on we had to come back again!

This hotel is honestly outstanding!
There's so much to do you never get bored, slides, entertainment, daytime activities like darts and pool foam parties. The number of staff is overwhelming and they are all so friendly, polite, and very very professional even when they are being faced with rude customers as we have saw happen a number of times.

The shuttle bus to the beach is efficient but can be a little to busy. But the snorkeling opportunities are amazing with lots of species available to see.

Food is varied and with so many different restaurants and changes to the menu daily you will definitely not go hungry here.

The new area rooms (7000s) are outstanding! Spacious, clean, and in a great location.

Great hotel, lots of re modernisation work being done at the moment. Plenty of options for food and drink. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
The rooms are clean and tidy, have everything you need in them including usb charging points, fridge, hairdryers, shower gel etc.

Really nice hotel and i like the location and really good view . Animation team is super. Entertainment program so good . Kids club so beautiful and they do alot of activities for the kids . The service so perfect. The food in the restaurant delicious. I would like to back again in nearest time

The place is good with a lot of potential once finished. We where there for 21 days so we got to see it go from Jungle aqua Park to the Neverland. Meaning there was lots of building work going on.
So while you was meant to be relaxing you could hear tools and machinery banging an drilling away.
Once I sat down outside the old reception having a drink and when I got up was covered in dust.
Then on the notice board your meant to find a timetable showing what shows will be on for that week and also a sport activity programme but never seems to be followed correctly.
Like I like water sports and yoga but sometimes I show up and it either wasn't on or had already started.
Basically if your going to set out a timetable stick to it and start on time.!!
Even the Christmas Dinner party when I booked I could see where the table was but when we arrived it was in the same area however, not as planned.
Once inside it was like a cattle market when it came to getting food.
Another thing that needs to be addressed properly is the use of the indoor pool and spa area because we got told £30 just to use the pool an sauna.
Apart from them issues above we made new friends and had an enjoyable time. Once the hotel is finished it has potential of being very good hotel offering so much and spread out all over its huge but beautiful grounds.

What a fantastic hotel! Very clean. Great staff. Fantastic choice of food options. Pools are very clean. Slides are excellent. Lifeguards very attentive. First trip to Egypt. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Nice hotel, big area, perfect food and drinks. But the diamond of this place is very friendly and profesion staff. Animation program is very interesting. I can recommend this hotel for families.
