Palma Hotel Port Said

I used the restaurant at the pool, excellent service especially from Ahmed who arranged the romantic dinner in short notice, nice food and set up. Perfect atmosphere.

Outstanding accommodation. Very clean. All you need is available in the chalet. Receptionists are very welcoming.

One of the best options on the sea in portsaid, good location, great staff and service, great pool area and rooms.

Food is perfect, the restaurant is a bet crowded but food quality is guaranteed. The kids playground is very small needs care.

The rooms are newely furnished and well equipped.

We fell in love with the calm and solace of Port Said. And to add to our experience was our stay in Palma Hotel. Bang on the beach, at a little distance from the Suez Canal (you can see the ships sailing), it gives some amazing view, especially during sunrise and sunset. And the staff were extremely warm and hospitable- special thanks to Mennat who made things so easy for us.

Nice hotel and has very friendly staff, housekeeping staff is helpful, delicious food, the restaurant crew is always smiling and competitive, a very clean, and has a big swimming pool.

Great location so you could reach any place in port said easily, tidy and comfortable. To enjoy the great view you have to book rooms in third floor with no elevator.

Amazing hotel!! The view over the pool and the sea is super nice and the restaurant right over the pool is sensational. For family holidays, romantic getaways, tourist breaks, or business trips, this hotel and its amenities will meet your expectations. The hotel is not far from all nearby city attractions, with convenient access by walking distance to major shopping centers, banks, and restaurants. In general, the rates are on the expensive side, but the standards are rather high and the cleanliness unbeatable for a small city like Port Said.

Located near beach, the service is good. Food are amazing, best for couple who want to enjoy tranquility and for single who want relax and forget the hetic schedules in life☺😀 room is clean, staff are accommodating. They not over do the landscape which gave relaxing scenery of palm trees across the vicinity. Talking about the rooms it is constructed in apartment type 4 storey high each. It gave you the feeling that you are living into a exclusive condominiums.

Inside the wardrove have only 1 hanger and also for bathroom only have 1 bath towel no spare, you can call receptionist if you to have an extra towel and not provided toothbrush and comb the size of the room is big enough is good for family also have a small kitchen and also swimming pool. The hotel is too far from airport, it take about 2 hours but very close with harbour. The food also good

Very nice rooms exellent food and service, the only minor drawback the beach isn't private but that's out of thier control ,the staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are clean and spacious the furnuture is new and clean exellent value for money for a summer vacation.
Also the hygiene and covid policies are very good
The pool is well maintained and the life guards are vigilant.

What a Gem in Portsaid which is not really a touristic place in Egypt
Very clean, spacious rooms with lovely sea views, the grounds are very pleasant and well maintained
The food is well priced and very tasty
And the staff are very polite and friendly and special mention of Abdou the Pizza man by the pool who is very nice and makes lovely pizzas and it is a joy watching him doing it
Finally we thank Mr Lucas the GM for his great hospitality

We stayed in this hotel for 6 weeks and felt at home. Exceptional cleanliness and delicious breakfast.
