Superb hotel layout and location. Great service and location. Best holiday we've stayed at so far. Very romantic, spacious, beautiful hotel with 4 a la carte restaurants to use as part of the all-inclusive package. Just got back after 11 nights and we can't wait to go back again later this year.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Brilliant service starts the moment you reach the gates. Security, reception, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, beach staff, pool staff....ALL ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Sorry if I have missed anyone out.
Calm and relaxed atmosphere.
Maybe it could do with a slight revamp, BUT not many would mind it as it is!
Highly recommended without a doubt.

Really great hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms are all good. Minor points about corridor noise under the door (people talking as walking past or a door slam) but not terrible. Food choice is good, sometimes the quality of the food was adequate only)... Again not a deal breaker at all

Amazing location, bus goes to the sea every 20 minutes, food is good enough, rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are unlucky though, you would be placed in the room right behind the scene in soho square and the noice is really audible. Like areally, really audible. That's not a big deal for me, but if you have troubles sleeping with noise - book a room in different building.

My husband and I spent 14 nights in this extremely efficient and friendly run hotel room 4037.

Everything from the quality of cleanliness, quality of linen and non invasive service made our stay most memorable.

On arrival our greeting from Hend was charming in offering us the opportunity to view several rooms before negotiating the upgrade we chose, as we wished to be situated on the ground floor.

From the minute we arrived we felt totally relaxed without any of the normal hustle and bustle which I personally have experienced in many reception areas.
The calm atmosphere this hotel and its entire staff generates is so rare in today's world.

Our room 4037 was not just cleaned to the highest standard it sparkled and together with Ezzat towel artistry it was an absolute joy returning to it, plus the added anticipation of the choice of delicacies Ahmed Farouk would deliver for us to enjoy with our afternoon tea while soaking in our terrace jacuzzi.

The breakfast chef Ahmed Kaboria is delightful cooking us beautiful dishes and making delicious culinary suggestions.

We spent much of our time relaxing by the heated pool and pool bar where I was encouraged by Montasser to try a concoction of grated ginger honey cinnamon and lime juice.
Samy continued making this delicious drink for me every day while Reda often stopped by to chat to my husband discussing world issues and literary authors.
Samy also ensured my husband had no shortage of wine and his tuna sandwich which was delicious.

The delightful life guard A.Atef who not only daily cleaned thoroughly our jacuzzi and ensured we had beautiful clean soft towels at the pool but kept an eye open for anything untoward.

The all inclusive package we chose suited us so well because the variety of restaurants in hotel and outside in Soho Square meant we were spoilt for choice.

Our constructive suggestions for improvements would be a coffee machine for the room and an illuminated shaving and make up mirror as I found the lighting fairly inadequate in the bathroom.

If you are looking to truly relax then this place is perfect for you. Me and my family had an amazing experience in Sharm and it’s mostly because of this hotel and its location. All the staff made us feel very welcome and were very friendly. Mody was very helpful in answering our queries.
Bed was very comfortable and shower was amazing and powerful! The USB cable would be better on bed side though! Ahmed always made sure he equipped our room well and was available if we needed anything.
The breakfast menu could do with more variation as it was the same most days. Emad, Omar and Isaac were very polite and always smiling too.
Atef at the pool really looked after us, we didn’t need to ask for anything, as he already had our cool down towels ready! Mina truly is the king of the bar! Their friendly combo made us feel special and they made an effort to talk to us unlike other resorts where staff don’t engage in chatter! Reda also helped me add more music to my playlists on phone!
Even the beach staff were so attentive, especially Tareq!
The reef and fishes available to see truly were amazing at the doorstep of this hotel!

Truly a 5 star experience, amazing resort to enjoy a holiday or special occasion, very relaxing beachfront location. Staff have all been incredible, from the front desk to waiters and beach staff. Can't recommend it here highly enough, we only ventured off the property once to see Soho square. They were also very accommodating in the lead up to our stay, resolving an issue we had with the price and booking to our great satisfaction.

I spent a few days at Royal Savoy in Mid November. 100% an amazing place to stay and conveniently located to Soho Square.

During my stay at the Royal Savoy, I had the pleasure of interacting with some exceptional staff members. Ms. Liza, the receptionist, was particularly noteworthy for her wealth of information and excellent customer service. Additionally, Mr. Ebram provided the best service I have ever experienced, while Omar Mohamed, who works at the beach, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was also impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and overall quality of the facilities.

I’m so impressed with Royal Savoy Sharm! The best experience I had visiting Egypt in the last 30 years! Thank you to the amazing staff, impressive management and attention to detail from arrival to departure. Will definitely come back to this heaven on earth :)

This hotel is amazing and the location is very perfect for any kind of travel. Nestled within SOHO Square, there are numerous restaurants shops and cafes just outside the hotel. The rooms were large enough and clean.
During my check-in the lady was not so polite but she was very welcoming and all smiling on the day of my checkout.
The restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful.

We enjoyed the place a lot. The swimming pools are huge and the heated ones came through fir me as it was cold and windy on some days. The rooms are good. Although the beach is not very sandy, it is very well kept and I enjoyed swimming in the red sea which felt safe, thanks to the hotel. Meals were good as well. The hotel's proximity to the airport makes it very convenient

I spent a memorable 7 nights at this hotel and I was blown away with the outstanding service. When we were checking in it was a swift and fast process with the Mahmood sorting everything out for us. The room we got was clean and beautifully designed, containing everything you need and more.

The breakfast had a wide range of choices with a plethora of fresh juice options to accompany your food. However the star of the show for me was the quality of service at the beach. At the royal savoy you have a private section on the beach just for that hotel. As soon as you walk to a chair they bring towels and put it on your chair also creating a roll with another towel to create a pillow to rest your head on. When I was there David was the person who looked after me and went out of his way to make me as comfortable as possible, he always had a big smile and welcomed me everyday. Big shoutout to him.

Overall my stay at the Royal savoy was one of luxury with impeccable service that made me not want to leave at the end of my holiday. There is so much I can complement about this hotel but all I can say is that this is the hotel you need to book if you want to have an amazing holiday in Sharm el Sheikh

Hotel is very nice, very clean and in very good condition.
Food is quite good, personal is nice.
Only 2 things could be better: Internet speed and sound isolation for below the room door (we can hear a lot the music from the place behind the hotel).
We had a great time there.
I can add that the diving school Dive'Up is very nice too : open water instructor Amir is super calm and explain very well, thanks again to you too!

Stunning territory with landscaping, small rivers and ponds, bronze sculptures, a cave, rich vegetation and high-quality lighting in the evening. The unusual location of the rooms, large pools, a wide beach and a gorgeous reef. Excellent service and varied food, an open buffet. Unusual restaurants on site and a beautiful Soho Square nearby. Special thanks for their care to the beach staff who give out towels. A hotel that you want to return to.
