Again, great hospitality! Just on our way home. Amazing views and you can snorkel for 150 Egyptian pounds. Definitely the best £4 I’ve ever spent was snorkelling in this area! Not a lot on the menu but it’s better than hotel food. More authentic. Staff are absolutely fantastic here and the vibe and seating is just fantastic

One of the best places to chill. Perfect scenary and right on the beach with an amazing vibe for chilling. However, food definitely needs an upgrade given the cost charged.

Great chilled vibe compared to farsha. Understated, bedouin themed lounge with multiple terraces with a sea view. They serve food; the usual fare of grilled chicken, meat, burgers or plates. Portions are small, it’s quite basic but still tasty. The drinks include milkshakes smoothies and hot drinks. They also have dessert. The sheesha was decent. Service was a little slow but it’s best you go with that in mind and a few hours just to lap up the scenery. There’s a lift to go up and down and very well maintained toilets. Our best experience in sharm, come 60-90 mins before sunset for the best views.

I recently visited Basata Cafe in Sharm El Sheikh and I must say, I was impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, and I especially enjoyed the cake they had for dessert. It was rich and indulgent, but not too heavy.

Although it took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive, the atmosphere was great and definitely worth the wait. The lighting, music and general appearance of the restaurant was very similar to Farsha, which I loved. However, the best part was that Basata Cafe didn't have the "couples only" rule after 3pm, which made it much more accessible for everyone.

At the end of our meal, the staff were incredibly helpful and even called a cab for us to help us get to the airport. It was a bit out of the way, so this gesture was greatly appreciated and made our overall experience at Basata Cafe even better.

Overall, I highly recommend Basata Cafe for anyone looking for great food, a great atmosphere, and friendly staff. It's a must-visit if you're in the Sharm El Sheikh area!

Everything was perfectly amazing at basata cafe! They set for us a special table for a super romantic dinner! Mr Amr service was flawless! The food was fresh and so tasty! I truly recommend this place for a special night

Great place to relax and enjoy good company. Super chill. The music is perfect for holding good conversation. The staff is friendly and attentive. Really good tea. Shisha is very smooth and has good flavor. My FAVORITE place in all the Siani Peninsula. Though I love Farsha, this is better. More chill. Stays open all night and right on the water.

Great vibes at this cafe. Being right next to the ocean is so peaceful. The staff was so nice. Amro always checked on me to see how I was doing. Great way to end my vacation.
