The first and most obvious reason why food trucks are so popular is the food itself. The ingredients used in food trucks are typically fresh, and your meal is prepared on the spot when you order.

By FAAAAR one of the best burger places I tried in Cairo. Everything cooked fresh. There is no place to eat there but you can sit on the sidewalk or find a set of stairs because the burgers are much better eaten fresh than take away. The Big Mouth and The Shocker are amazing.
Tip: don’t leave the fries too long in their takeaway boxes because they get soggy.

Perfect burger. Fast service, less than 10 minutes and the order was ready. I tried the mushroom and onions burger. Really perfect. And the cheese fries was good

Real food gem burger is great very fresh very Juicy and very delicious. Fries was also great. Soda would have been better if it was colder but otherwise everything was really good great experience will definitely come back
