Hot Yoga Altea - Yoga School

I could not say enough good things about Hot Yoga Altea. I attended classes as often as I could for about a month while in Altea and it was the best yoga experience I’ve ever had. Noemi helped me to find my way back to yoga and breath in a supportive and expert way. The classes were fun and sometimes funny, and Noemi spoke and accommodated English very well. She is an expert yogi and gently encourages you to be your best focusing on correct posture to improve your practice. And the sign up and booking system was clear and easy, which I didn’t find with other studios. I’m so grateful to have found this studio during my time in Altea!

I took a couple classes at Hot Yoga Altea, including my first hot yoga class! Noemi is a lovely and skilled instructor and even though my Spanish is so-so, I felt comfortable following along. It helped that Noemi would offer some English cues along the way. Gracias Noemi!

A professional and friendly yoga center with well-organized, fun and thought-through classes. The variety of classes assures a great variation of training possibilities, and Noemi is an awesome yogi. I can warmly recommand this place.

I had the great pleasure of taking Neomis hot yoga classes this week while visiting Altea. Amazing class taught with much love. I also enjoyed taking Veroniques pilates classes which is a new offering. It was challenging but so good! Namaste 🙏

During my travels I have been to a couple of Yoga studio's and this one has to be my favorite. The owners are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. They are very experienced en professional. During class they pay attention to everyone and help you where needed. I have already taken 2 friends here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good professional yoga studio.

This studio is fantastic , Neomi the owner is so kind and helpful. There is an extensive range of yoga classes for all levels of ability. I recommend that anyone who has an interest to try a class , I am TOTALLY to the hot yoga practice !!!!!

Yin Yoga online teacher training with Noemi Marcos is all you need to start teaching! The course consists of private lessons via Zoom, a coursebook and questions plus international Yoga Alliance certificate.
The course far exceeded my expectations. Very high quality of tuition and a fascinating curriculum. I'm so glad I found Hot Yoga Altea..

Super grateful to be back at Hot Yoga - wow my body has missed this! Having some time out for a muscle injury my body has really suffered the movement and flow of energy of this amazing place and teachers! Noemi's style is just FIRST CLASS .. her professionalism, knowledge and style naturally shines through and the time she really takes with everyone to ensure the postures are been done correctly is second to none... When i started with hot yoga i was a complete beginner and even now rejoining several months later i have never felt uncomfortable in the groups as everyone is just so lovely and supportive 🙏🏼 I love that the classes are done both in english and spanish so at times really helps me refresh my language which is super amazing! So happy to be back with my AMAZING family!❤🙏🏼

Hot Yoga Altea is a brilliant yoga studio with world class teachers and very reasonable prices. I have practiced yoga for 20 years in a number of different countries (and major cities such as London, New York, San Francisco), and can honestly say Noemí is the best yoga teacher I have found. She is a yoga instructor of the very highest calibre, with an extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the theory behind yoga. I took the online yin yoga classes during the lockdown, and they were a real lifesaver. Even though the course was via Zoom, Noemí 's professionalism and attention to detail made it feel like she was right in the room with you. I took a private yin yoga class with Noemí after a complicated pregnancy and emergency cesarean section, and I feel like it rebalanced and realigned my body. I felt totally at ease in the hands of a knowledgeable professional. The class was tailor-made to suit my needs and ability, and I went away feeling rejuvenated, with lots of helpful advice, too. Noemí speaks perfect English and is very warm and welcoming, with a teaching style that is accessible and inclusive. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Hot Yoga Altea for 3 months now and having sustained a serious injury some months prior, the classes have not only improved my flexibility, but also my focus.

Having lived in London for many years, I have been fortunate to go to some of the best yoga classes in the UK, but Maris is on a different level and is better than any teacher I have known.
The classes are not easy but you feel an incredible sense of achievement after each class which, for me, has become addictive.

I have practised yoga in many places and this is the best one ever. Maris and Noemí are very good teachers and about all, very good persons. They make you feel like at home. You can learn everything about yoga here if you have never tried and if you like yoga and you want to learn more and more.It is a very good place to learn about this fantastic discipline and yourself.

Really good and professional yoga classes and teachers. One of the few studios where teachers spend time correcting the positions and helping you to improve. Best ashtanga yoga lessons in the whole region! 100% recommended.

The only place to go for yoga. From beginners to professionals, there is a nice range of classes all of which include personal guidance. They even offer private classes, if you have a particular area you would like to work on.

Noemi and Maris give both great classes in a wide range of yoga and meditation. As well in Spanish as in English. Even as a starter with a inflexible bones I felt very welcome
