One of the best cakes I've ever had in Spain. Really recommend the meringue cake. Coffee is also very nice, not too strong and acidic, well balanced.

Will be back to try the pianonos.

Update: came back the next day to try their pianonos and a flan cake. Best pianonos and flan cake I've ever had, definitely superior quality to Ysla.

I've had the best churros con chocolate in Andalusia, and maybe all of Spain - here. Yes, you read that right. I also bought one of their artesanal chocolates con naranja and it was amazing!

What a great little place.
The pastries and cakes are some of the best I've had. The chocolate cheese cake is incredible.

The pricing is good too so I fully recommend,

Fantastic cafe. Great sandwiches and sweets. You can either pick something up at the counter or sit in the back and they will serve you. The three chocolate cake was out of this world.

If you’re looking for coffee or a quick bite in the morning, come here. The baristas are super nice and quick, excellent service. The coffee, pastries and sandwiches are also really good.

Beautiful period cafe, very traditional, est 1862 has seating and a bar specialises in pastries and other sweets highly recommended also excellent selection of olive oils!

I'm certain this place is not permanently closed. I was there last week and it is amazing! Try the pastela moruna if they have it.
