Casa Sin Nombre

Travelling alone to visit family, I felt very safe and secure here but a car is needed. Jane was a lovely host, we chatted often and I discovered she was quite ill so I applaud her efforts to continue as normally as possible but a little patience is required and well rewarded. The apartment/annex was well equipped and had everything I needed and more! It was lovely and peaceful sitting in the garden and Jane owns a very friendly and gentle dog. If I needed advice on shops, eating out or places to visit I only needed to ask Jane, but as I said a little patience is needed as it takes a little longer for her to think due to her illness but please don't be cruel and let this put you off!

I have stayed here 3 times. Ideal for a low budget stay. Land lady seems timid at first but has a lovely smile when she gets to know you.

A little out of town in safe residential area. Great price as has plenty of parking, pool and sitting areas. Friendly host.

La maison est jolie, calme avec une vue superbe et parking.. Nous avions accès à toute la maison mais notre hôte était si discrete et distante que nous n osions rien toucher.... La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas car car faisait du bruit ? Nous n avons pas été à la piscine car lors de nos 3 nuits l eau était verte avec algues et sable... Merci néanmoins à jade d ouvrir sa maison aux animaux et nous en sommes reconnaissant. Du reste nous avons Entièrement respecté les règles de propreté. Bonne continuation.

Está bien si vas en plan de quedarte una noche. El cuarto está bien. Aunque la limpieza es muy mejorable.

If I could give a minus a star I would . The lady did eventually answer the gate and then spent ages fighting with dogs that she could not control .when she finally showed us to the rooms it stunk ,the place was filthy and black mould all in side fridge freezer with old food . The bed linen stunk of whoever slept in it before and there was a notice in bathroom that said when there was a bad smell to run the water for 10-15 minutes. It he place was the worse I have ever seen dark,smelly even had a canister with sugar and teabags which was full of hair and bits of god knows what. I went to speak to her and told her that we could not stay and why, she did not react which I found really strange just stood looking spaced out. We managed to book into something else which was lovely. And the next day we met a estate agent who when asked where we staying and I told her about the place she said that a client had booked in the previous day and they refused to stay ther.The worst part is that booking.com would not listen to our complaints saying that we were a no show. I even sent them photos of the filthy place. They insist that it is up to the owner to repay us,but surely as we are customers they have a legal obligation to refund me, but no they offered me 30 euros as compensation which is so insulting. So please be careful where you book to stay. I am sure that I will get reply as seems to be a norm for her saying that I did not book there.

My partner booked two nights including breakfast for tonight 25th Nov and 26th Nov tomorrow. We rang bell several times when we arrived no answer. Rang tel no, no answer. Eventually I suggested to my partner to slide property gates open to access the property. The owner answered the door and we were met with the most inhospitable reception. We were not made to feel welcome by the owner. We went out to the car to retrieve luggage, front door was locked, no answer to knocking on the door. We felt as though we were trespassing. We drove away and booked into a hotel near by. The only reason for 1 star was location near to Albox.

Terrible we did not statement though we'd already paid.

Keuken + benodigdheden + vaat VUIL, plakkerig, vol stof, .... net of het in geen maanden nog was gepoetst!
Douche was zo verstopt dat we met een interval van minimum 30min moesten douchen, zodat het water wat kon wegvloeien!
De matras en het bed zijn dringend aan vervanging toe!
De kleerkast ligt volgestopt met vuil (?) beddengoed.
We konden ook maar hopen dat het beddengoed en de handdoeken die ons ter beschikking werden gesteld, een wasbeurt hadden gehad.
Er hangt een verschrikkelijke geur in het hele appartement!
Op het "terras" staat een soort container vol met oude, versleten stinkende kleren!
Jane raapt maar om de meerdere dagen de uitwerpselen, die overal verspreid liggen, op van haar grote hond 🤮
De ligbedden aan het vuile zwembad zitten onder een vuile vieze laag stof en plakkerigheid, alsook de terrasstoelen en -tafel!
En zo zijn er nog talrijke voorbeelden....
We begrijpen echt niet hoe het mogelijk is dat dit logement nog steeds verhuurd kan worden 🙈🤮
Nu begrijpen we ook wel waarom deze reservering niet terugbetaalbaar was.
Misschien was dit vroeger een mooie locatie, maar Janes gezondheid zelf is er waarschijnlijk heel fel op achteruit gegaan, wat haar eigenlijk niet meer toelaat om dit nog alleen te onderhouden. Handymannen en poetsvrouwen zijn er toch ook voldoende, niet?
De enkele positieve comments werden door Jane (Kearley) zelf geschreven en de negatieve werden "afgeblokt", zogezegd omdat men er nooit verbleven zou hebben, maar alles wat beschreven staat in deze negatieve beoordelingen, zijn de pure waarheid!
So please Jane, keep your dignity and stop renting your apartment if you don't let it clean or repair by adequate people! And please also don't comment, that we never stayed with you, because we have a lot of photos to prove our stay!
We will try to do everything we can to get a refund, because this really wasn't a holiday 😔😔😔
Deze onhygiënische vuiligheid aan €53/nacht verhuren, is pure diefstal!

Para empezar, llegamos al lugar y al tocar el timbre, nadie salió. Volvimos a tocarlo y salió Jane, una mujer la cual al verla supimos dado su apariencia y que mientras andaba se caía hacia el lado que muy probablemente estaba bajo los efectos de alguna droga y no estaba bien tanto física como mentalmente. después de estar hablando con ella durante 15 minutos en español se acordó que no hablaba español cosa que nos sorprendió ya que como he mencionado anteriormente, estuvimos 15 minutos hablando y ella nos escuchaba incluso sin pestañear. finalmente entramos y pudimos ver la apariencia de la casa: todo sucio, roto, el agua de la piscina verde, el salón y la cocina llenos de cosas que no pudimos diferenciar lo que había en esa montaña de artículos. nos enseñó la habitación y el lavabo, dentro de lo que cabe lo mejor de la casa. quisimos hablar con ella para que nos diera las llaves y nos dijera los horarios ya que cojimos el cortijo para estar en las fiestas de taberno pero por la cara desapareció. viendo la situación y lo caótico que era todo decidimos irnos y reservar en otro lugar ya que no nos daba muy buenas vibras la situación. de verdad que a Jane le recomendaria que buscase ayuda profesional porque la necesita. adjunto fotos del lugar para contrastar nuestra versión:

No pudimos disfrutar de nuestra reserva. La señora se puso en l puerta a mirarnos.... estaba en un estado... que no sabría definir. Y nos tuvimos que ir y buscarnos otro sitio. Daba la impresión de estar ....o que lo tienen muy bien montado. Cuando llegas allí no te abren. Pero si te cobran. Ahora resulta que no tuvimos estancia. Y no nos devuelven el dinero. Impresentables o estafadores

ESTAFA. En la web salen fotos de su casa, pero no especifica que donde te alojas es en un trastero que hay detrás de la misma. Tampoco específica que tienes que compartir la estancia con la anfitriona que no habla ni pizca de español y parece estar en estado de demencia. El sitio estaba sucio, olía mal y las toallas y sabanas que te facilita estaban llenos de pelos que no quiero ni imaginar de quienes son. La piscina estaba verde. La cocina no tiene ni un utensilio para cocinar a pesar de que en la web dice que hay de todo. Nos tuvimos que ir del lugar corriendo a pesar de tener el lugar reservado una semana. La web se desentiende del reembolso de la reserva.

De 6 días de vacaciones cuando en Airbnb nos confirmaron la devolución al segundo día salimos corriendo.
Aquello está todo fatal,sucio,inseguro etc...
No reservar que tendréis muchos problemas.

No, nos abrían la puerta a la llegada. La limpieza....ni hablamos el olor al entrar, las sábanas sin cambiar, toda la cama llena de pelos de perro. Ya que ahí un perro y dos gatos. Polvo que llegaba hasta.... La almohada olía.... Tuvimos que pedir cambio de sábanas y nos dijo que la cambiáramos nosotros. La puerta de la calle nunca se cierra. La cerramos y la mujer dijo que no. Que siempre abierta para q entren y salga el perro. Eso crea inseguridad al dormí.

Me alojé allí casi por no tener otra opción, y resulta que la señora , no abría la puerta , parecía estar colgada , no habla español, y resulta ser la pareja de otro establecimiento sito en oria de muy mala experiencia, el lugar muy sucio y una olor insoportable, vamos , jamás lo recomendaría, podría hablar mucho más, nada bueno, pero no merece la pena, un 0.
