VidaCalor - Estufas y chimeneas de pellets Piazzetta y Superior

As we were spending a lot of money on a pellet burner we wanted a professional company to supply and fit it. We had done some research and had decided on a Piazzetta Pellet Burner and chose VidaCalor in Fortuna to supply and fit it.
The manager dealt with us from start to finish and was excellent...

He discuss what we wanted and advised us what we would require to heat the house sufficiently. At first we thought the KW they calculated was too low but they said Trust us...

They fitted the burner on the day they had planned, very professional and left the working area spotless...

The Burner is brilliant and we are extremely happy with it....VidaCalor also supply quality pellets.

VidaCalor also have an excellent after care service, we think this is vital with a pellet burner.

They have the all round package which is what we were looking for and our friends and neighbors have told us how good the burner looks, how quiet it runs and the amount of heat it produces.

We spent a lot of time looking for the right company to fit our pellet burner and we definitely made the correct decision choosing VidaCalor and Piazzetta.

I purchased this stove a few months ago now. It is brilliant. Installed with ease and functioning superbly. The remote control is simple and efficient. The pellets leave little ash but burn hot and easily. Maintenance consists of throwing out the ash every couple of days and wiping clean the front glass. Highly recommended.

Elíseo was very helpful in planning the installation and making sure that we ordered the right product for our home. The installation team arrived on time, fitted the stove neatly and left everything tidy when they were done. They explained the functions clearly and answered all of our questions. The stove is working well and makes the house feel cosy. Excellent service and product.

In December 1994 bought a pellet stove type Monia 8.5 kw from Ferretería Avelinos. this stove was delivered quickly and installed by their own technical department. The service and regular maintenance of the stove was carried out to our full satisfaction by this service. Big advantages of the pellet stove are the simple installation, provides very comfortable heat quickly, no smoke of dirt in the house, economical use of pellets. To date, we are extremely satisfied with the fast service, the advice we have received with the purchase and the fast service in case of any confusion when using the stove. THIS WAS ONE YEAR LATER.... YOU DO NOT GET SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE... WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR PELLET BURNER WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A NUMBER OF BIRDS NESTS IN THE CHIMNEY, THEY SPENT A WHOLE DAY LOCATING, CLEARING AND REPAIRING THE CHIMNEY BY PUTTING A CAP ON.. THEY DID NOT CHARGE FOR THIS MAGIFICENT SERVICE... I cannot speak highly enough about Avelinos, both the purchase of our pellet burner and the service you get from both the electrical shop and the hard ware stores of Avelinos in FORTUNA. They cannot be more welcoming, more informative and at no time do you feel threatened or that you are being ripped off. They are considerate, knowledgeable and HIGHLY helpful in anything you need assistance on. THE PELLET BURNER IS MAGNIFICENT, we were freezing as the property only had a log burner which was not man enough to heat the place through. Mi experiencia con VidaCalor ha sido muy positiva, desde la atención en tienda donde nos explicaron como funcionan las estufas y los puntos en los cuales debemos fijarnos hasta una instalación rápida y limpia.
