First class service . The engineer Antonio arrived on time and had all the tools to do the job. He is knowledgeable and obviously an expert. Fault was found within minutes. He did a full service , worked clean and left the room spotless. His fees were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Good workmanship pleased with it , BUT no instructions in English, once installed not too bothered afterwards. You need a vacuum to keep it clean. Since installed I have found its NOT the cheapest around for the same equipment.

They replaced my log burner with a pellet burner. Arrived exactly at time stated, old fire removed, new one installed with new flue and all work made good and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend this company to anybody.

Vriendelijke ontvangst met deskundige info in het Engels en het Spaans. Snelle controle om te zien wat mogelijk is. Ietsje duurder misschien maar het is zijn geld waard. 4 sterren voorlopig omdat de installatie nog moet gebeuren.

Nu twee maanden later nog steeds heel tevreden over de pelletkachel én de service.
