Went to have my air con re gassed and a fault with the window washer repaired. Kept me informed throughout and even though the piping had to be replaced, they made me a coffee and worked fast and diligently. Highly recommended. Thanks to Mark, Natalie and the team.

Replaced a fuse in our new car that we had no idea where to find, and fortunately, Kia added a few spares so they were able to use one. Now I know where the fuse box is in the engine compartment.😂 They've ordered in replacements so I'll be in next week to pick up spare. Didn't charge me anything either.

You know when the penny drops and you realise you should have gone there in the first place well this garage is that place!! Been having problems since Dec 2023 and left the car here today after being "fitted in" straight away and within an hour the problem was sorted and the car has flown through its ITV!! Been in the industry 40+ years spanner clanker to running a Servics,Parts & Body shop family owned business for 10 years before finally tacking semi retirement.
Had an issue with my air con, popped in and within 2 days it was sorted once the part had arrived, I can only say it was a breath of fresh to receive friendly & upfront/ Honest service from start to finish, will be recommending and using there Services in the future.
A special thanks to Niko on reception for keeping me updated, and Mark who was tops at explaining the diagnosis process step by step and explaining the cost etc.

I've received a great service from these guys. My engine died and had to be replaced. They did a great job and the staff are so nice and friendly. The after sales service is very good as well. Will definitely use them again if I have to.

First time using their services and a consistent first-class service from my initial contact with Nikol.
Prices reasonable and they identified something that needed doing that wasn't the reason for taking my car to them - something I have been suspicious of in the past (perhaps something I've inherited from my dad – trust no-one – or perhaps stories about Kwik Fit that have lingered with from the 80's😊❗) Anyway, without my asking, they showed me what had been replaced, and I'm so very glad that they had; and, at the end of the day, I felt under no absolutely no obligation to have the additional work done.
A great experience, and one I'll gladly repeat.

I have a Mini Countryman that I brought over from the UK the car had previously been in a Spanish garage for 4 months with major problems after being given the run around we took it to Mark and the team and they fixed the car within a week. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, great diagnostics and will be going back.

There was a very small misunderstanding over screen wash but it in no way reflected on the service I received. A very friendly staff who are still smiling even when they hand you your bill! A fair price for the work carried out. Including an ITV very satisfying experience, I will use them again.

My AC failed to work after a few months. Took it in for a free leak test. After a leak treatment and a recharge it was returned to me and so far it is great to drive cool.

Excellent service from this team of professionals today. Checked my car, identified the problem and resolved the issue. Very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Very highly recommended!!!! An excellent car repair/service centre. As has previously been recorded by other customers, we had a very difficult repair on an expensive BMW. One other local garage (in Albox) refused to help us. On calling Mark and Spencer of M & S Premier Car Repairs, they immediately said “bring it along” (by a Gruas I might add from the other garage) to theirs. Diagnosis completed. Estimate of repair.
